摘要: | 由於非營利組織的發展,社會資源的提供遠超過社會需求的增加,非營利組織開始面臨一個複雜的競爭,面對國家、市場、非營利組織等三個部門之間,各自發展與互動所產生的壓力與難題,非營利組織產業化的經營,可說是解決這些壓力與難題而發展出的策略。 國內非營利組織,目前已有一部份投入產業化的經營。當非營利組織正式成為市場的一部份時,營利活動是否會影響到組織的文化、架構、宗旨及整體運作?非營利組織如何準備加入市場?如何面對市場及企業化經營管理所帶來的新挑戰?都是台灣非營利組織產業化必須思考的議題。 本研究係採用資料分析與深度訪談方式,來瞭解非營利組織產業化的模式與方法。藉由深度訪談再耕園從經營策略、產業競爭力、經營市場與產業化所面臨的問題,經由以上幾個面向探討非營利組織產業化對再耕園所帶來的影響。 依研究發現,就以台灣非營利組織而言,因財源緊縮的問題,紛紛實施產業化。非營利組織實施產業化之後,由傳統經營與管理的模式,便逐漸趨向於企業化經營與行銷模式。但對於實施產業化之後所面臨的經營層面與產業競爭的問題,如專業能力與素養、經營知識、產品行銷、市場脈動的掌握與實務經驗等,的確有待加強。 The burgeoning development of non-profit organizations (NPO) has caused supply of social resources far in excess of social needs. In the process, NPOs have begun to face a quite complex competition, pressures and difficulties generated from independent development and interactivity among such three sectors as nation, market and non-profit organization. Enterprising operation is therefore the only alternative strategy to solve these pressures and difficulties. Despite the notion of social enterprise is rather new to NPO, some NPOs have already started to move toward the direction of enterprising their operations. When a NPO formally becomes a part of the market, could its profit-seeking activities affect its organizational culture, architecture, objective and overall operation? How a NPO prepares to enter the marketplace? How to face the new challenge brought upon by the market and entrepreneurial operation? These issues all require prudent thinking of NPOs in Taiwan in the process of enterprising. In this study, we adopt the ways of analyzing literatures and interview profundity to understand the patterns and methods of NPO in the face of industrialization and social enterprise. By interviewing Renewal Garden to find these aspects as: management strategies, industry competitiveness, management of market and questions come after industrialization, we investigate the influences of NPOs on the way of industrialization. According to the research, the NPOs in Taiwan are getting a foot to industrialization gradually because of the retrench in financial resources. By the way of traditional management and administration, the NPO tends to improve its management and marketing skills step by step.After industrializing, the questions about management capabilities and industry competitiveness need to be augmented--whether in professional ability and self discipline, knowledge in management, product marketing, market analysis and working experience, etc. |
