    摘要:   本文的研究目的在於針對旗津社區的學校,探索公共藝術教學可能發展的方向。研究者參與個案學校,以創意教學方案發展「馬賽克鑲嵌藝術課程」的完整歷程,探索校園環境教學與社區公共藝術教育的互動關係,及教學過程所衍生的問題與解決策略。    本文以質性研究方式,探討個案國小「馬賽克鑲嵌藝術課程」的教學活動,這些活動極具公共藝術特質,學生到社區內遊學探索,從事精緻的馬賽克鑲嵌創作,從實際參與中領會公共藝術建設的意涵。本研究以活動教學者與參與學生為研究對象,進行深入的觀察、訪談,對於所遭遇的問題解決策略及學生實施成效提出省思;並輔以錄影、相片、訪談、計畫內容、學生作品等紀錄,參佐課程實施的滿意度調查等,以具體的研究成果與分析,完整呈現個案學校之公共藝術活動的真實情境。本文據公共藝術教育、學校創新經營、校園美化三項研究重點,提出極具宏觀視野的教學策略,輔以考察鑲嵌藝術在高雄市校園實施的現況,全面研究資料後,對基礎教育的教學方式,提出更具啟發性與多元化的研究報告。    研究發現,國小校園極適合以創意方案的教學模式,例如以馬賽克鑲嵌藝術教學來推廣公共藝術教育;藉由教師專業的規劃,讓教學活動成為美化校園的新觸媒,又能凝聚地方意識,更能建立起感情聯結緊密的藝術園地,也提供了學校與社區雙向發展公共藝術的一個良好的模式。除此之外,更重要的是,當公共藝術介入社區藝術教學時,已改變了原本較為封閉的教學場域,讓單親家庭、新移民家庭及隔代教養共佔居於44.88%高比例的校內弱勢學生,能透過參與社區事務的過程中,培養積極與正面的公民意識,並從擔任共同創作者的藝術過程中,強化美感的領受力,重建對自我的信心。由此可見,公共藝術課程的設置對於美學教育的深化與影響,具有重要的推動力,值得相關研究者持續地關注。
      The focus of the study is on the school of Cijin community, searching for possible developing direction toward teaching public art. The author participates the artistic activities of designated school, including the overall process of “Mosaic Art Course” programmed by creative teaching idea. The interaction between campus teaching environment and community public art education is another essential issue, as well as the related problems engendered from teaching process and their resolving strategies.    The study employs quality research method, looking into teaching activities of designated elementary schools “Mosaic Art Courses.” These activities own specific qualities concerning public art. Students tour around communities, engaging in mosaic creative activities, absorbing the context of public art from personal experiences. The researching objects include both teachers and students. By in-depth observations and interviews, the study provides evaluations on encountering problems, resolving strategies and implementing results. There are also videos, photos, interviews, records, program contents, and student works, as well as the satisfaction investigation for art courses.With the solid researching result and analysis, the study presents the authentic scenario of the designated school’s public art activities. The study emphasizes public art education, school creative management, and campus embellishment, providing broad insight of teaching strategy. It also investigates the current situation of applying mosaic art course on campus in Kaohsiung city. The research provides more enlightening and diversifying report on basic education teaching methods.   The research finds out that the elementary school campus is appropriate for the teaching mode of creative program, such as promoting public art education by means of teaching mosaic art. School teachers’ professional designs not only beautify campuses and promote local sensibility, but also build sensational artistic landscapes and provide positive relationship between communities and schools. Besides, public art teaching cooperating with community art education have already changed the teaching places’ enclosing characters, enabling school’s less advantaged 44.88 percent students, who come mostly from single-parent families, new-immigrant families, and grandparents-breeding families, to cultivate civic consciousness by participating community affairs, as well as rebuild self-confidence by cooperating with creative artistic processes. To conclude, the promoting of public art courses could reinforce the influence of aesthetic education, thus deserving further researches and attentions.
