    摘要:   面對二十一世紀的多元化社會,如何將手工製造的古典音樂推廣給予大眾,是我們都必需面對的問題。在音樂的生態中,除了有音樂家與觀眾之外是需要中介者來維持一個均衡的狀態。音樂行政就是一個中介性的行業,是為了完成各種藝術的理想和實踐而存在,將是未來的音樂家與音樂行政工作者共同的責任。   本研究為探討鋼琴獨奏家舉辦鋼琴獨奏會的經營類型,係因研究者身為音樂工作者,依其自身經驗與觀察發現,現今台灣社會中,獨奏音樂家的生存與發展有受其限制之處。希望藉由鋼琴獨奏音樂家的深度訪談,了解目前鋼琴獨奏會有無客觀的流程模式、分工狀態、行銷通路建立、鋼琴獨奏音樂家如何創造自我品牌特有價值與口碑。   本文共分為六個章節,第一章為序論,陳述研究動機、目的、研究範圍、研究方法與流程;第二章為台灣音樂產業與演奏生態之現況:第三章為台灣音樂產業分工現象:從鋼琴獨奏會之經營流程來看;第四章為台灣近十年鋼琴獨奏會經營之類型化分析,透過獨奏音樂家的深度訪談,分析台灣鋼琴獨奏會經營之類型化;第五章為國家音樂廳、演奏廳鋼琴獨奏會的分析(1998~2007)並分為自我經營型、委託經營型、經紀經營這三種經營的類型;第六章為結論與建議。
      The issue involved in classic music promotion to the public tends to be a focus that we have to face it in the 21st Century. In addition to the audience and musician, it requires a medium to maintain the state of equilibrium among the dynamic music environment, and music administration is a medium profession. Music administration can serve the function of accomplishment of various art idealism and practice, which music administrative workers would cooperate with musicians to accomplish the mission.    This research is to discuss the management types of piano recital. The researcher is a musical performer, and there is some finding on restriction of piano recital development in Taiwan, according to practical experience and observation. The in-depth interview with piano recital musician could gain some understating of status quo, including procedure, division of labor, marketing and promotion, brand building and brand values.    The content covers 6 chapters. Chapter 1 is Introduction which states research motivate, purpose, scope, methodology and procedure. Chapter 2 is Taiwan music industry and status quo of performance. Chapter 3 is about division of labor among Taiwan music industry - from the perspective of management procedure of piano recital. Chapter 4 is about the analysis of management types of Taiwan piano recital over the ten years, which would be analyzed through in-depth interview with piano recital musician. Chapter 5 is the analysis of National Theater and Concert Hall (1998-2007). Three types of management include self management, authorized management, and agent management. Chapter 6 is conclusion and suggestion.
