摘要: | 本文以永興家具事業為研究個案,探討下列三問題:第一、傳統工藝產業轉型之「背景、條件、模式」。第二、傳統工藝產業轉型之「組織營運功能」。第三、傳統工藝產業轉型之「產品開發類型」。各章節內容如下:第一章緒論,說明本研究的動機、目的、範圍、限制。第二章探討台灣傳統工藝產業的變遷因素與環境背景。第三章探討傳統工藝產業轉型與「文化創意產業發展計畫」之關係。申論傳統工藝產業受到此計畫的影響,應用了「代工製造」時期所累積的「手工藝文化資產」進行轉型,其內容包含生產運作空間中的工具、匠師、設備、舊有建築、甚至是匠師所秉持的工藝精神....等。而傳統工藝產業透過產品設計、行銷手法與包裝,及其閒置空間再利用,發展成「新產品設計、品牌行銷」、「觀眾DIY體驗產業、博物館事業」兩大轉型模式。第四章主要探討傳統工藝產業如何以「設計研發」、「自創品牌」相關理論進行轉型,以及探討「工藝產品」之開發狀況。第五章探討傳統工藝產業多元發展成博物館,其目的為何?與產業間存有何種關聯性?另一方面,博物館如何運用其閒置空間發展「博物館文化商品」?第六章結論如下:1.工藝產業在「量產製造(OEM)」方面,須提昇產品品質與生產效率2.工藝產業在「設計研發(ODM)」方面,須開發「創意」產品3.工藝產業在「自創品牌(OBM)」方面,須創造企業形象認同4.工藝產品須多元創新發展5.工業遺產轉型為博物館可創造產值效益6.工業遺產博物館須負起「文化仲介者」之社會責任,也需負起工藝產業「文化詮釋者」之責任7.傳統工藝產業閒置空間再利用後,發展而成之博物館營運模式,可視為「文化商品」。 This thesis will take the case of Yung-Shing Furniture, to explore the following three questions:1” background, qualifications, mode” of the transition of the traditional craft industries.2” The function of trading organization” of the transition of the traditional craft industries.3” The type of product development” of the transition of the traditional craft industries. The chapters contains: In the first chapter of Introduction, it mainly provides the motivation, purpose, range and limit of this study. In the second chapter, it focused on the changing factors of Taiwan traditional craft industries and its environmental background. In the third chapter, it focused on the relations of “the transition of the traditional craft industries” and “Cultural and Creative Industries Development Plan”. The project announced superior cases of the transition of the traditional craft industries that used ” The capital of craft cultural”, including the production operation space of tools, craftsmen, equipments, old buildings, even the spirit of the craft during the "OEM" period. Traditional craft industries through product design, marketing and packaging, the idle space reusing to develop into two transition modes called “The new product design; Brand Marketing” and “The industry of audience DIY; The case of museum”. In the fourth chapter, it focused on that how the traditional craft industries to develop into "ODM", "OBM", and develop ”craft products”? In the Fifth chapter, it focused on what’s the purpose of the traditional craft industries develop into the museums? What is the relevance between the traditional craft industries and the museum? On the other hand, how the museums develop ”the cultural products” reused by it’s idle space? In the Sixth chapter of Conclusions:1.Craft industries should upgrade product quality and production efficiency of ”OEM”.2.Craft industries should develop ”creative” products of ”ODM”.3.Craft industries should develop the identification of enterprise image of” OBM”.4.Craft products should change to the development of multi-innovation.5.The industrial heritage transform a museum that could enhance the business income.6.The museum of industrial heritage should be ”a cultural medium” in society, and should be ”an interpreter” who reproduce the cultural of traditional craft industries.7.After craft industries that reused by idle space, further change a mode of operation of the museum that could be ”a cultural products”. |
