本文主要運用的方法，以文獻探討和個案研究蒐集相關資料。對府城舞蹈團體之型態進行分類，其次依據選取之個案（個案之選取以在府城營運已有二十年以上之團體：「廖末喜舞蹈劇場」、「靈龍舞蹈團」、「迪迪舞蹈劇場」）進行SWOT分析：以掌握產業競爭優勢，並探討後續發展方向；分析期間輔以次級資料作交叉比對，並根據實際訪談結果來補充佐證之，以檢驗目前舞團經營發展之困境及可供參考之依據。 依據前述動機，本論文之研究目的：一、釐清府城舞蹈文化發展之歷史。二、了解舞蹈教育現象與人才養成之現況。三、具體歸類府城舞團風格特色與願景。四、針對特定舞團的行政組織架構、人力資源管理、經營行銷策略並進行SWOT分析。 五、透過實例的分析，提供舞團未來經營策略建議之參考。 研究結果發現舞蹈文化在府城之發展過程篳路藍縷，府城舞蹈教育人才養成不易，而舞團在人才與培訓方面，亦面臨諸多困境；再者，對選取之個案舞團研究亦發現舞團之經營方式均趨向保守，而透過對個案舞團SWOT分析結果，提供幾項經營策略建議。最後，對政府單位提出幾點建議，以扶植藝文團體之生存，並提升國人文化素質。 This research chiefly uses an investigation method which includes document inquiry as well as individual case studies. First, analysis was done concerning the development of Taiwanese (in general) and Tainan (in particular) based dance groups (troupes) to ascertain their current cultural development status in regards to individual groups’ charactieristics and missions. That was done according to individual case selection In Tainan individual cases already have more than 20 year of operational history for the following troupes: ＂ Liao mo xi dance theater ＂ , ＂ Lin Long dance troupe ＂ , and ＂ Di di dance theater ＂ Then, proceeding with the Strengths,Weaknesess, Opportunites and Threats (SWOT) method of anlysis, a cross comparison was made using secondary sources. According to subsequent interviews, results were proven to have the probable conditions resulting in developmental and managerial difficulties. According to the aforementioned motivation, this dissertation research aims is to: (1) Inquire into the Tainan dance culture's development; (2) Understand the current situation of Tainan based dance education and talent fostering. (3) Research Tainan dance troupes as to individual style characteristics and future aspirations (4) Point to specific dance regimental and institutional backgrounds; Administrative organization framework; Human resource administration; and Sales Management with marketing policy. And also useing SWOT analysis (5) Employ both the theorectical study and understanding of the implementation of real daily practices to formulate suggestions towards improving general promotional plans and community communication and to provide specific groups with business plans to refer to in their future endeavors. The resultant findings discovered that to develop the dance culture in Tainan, troupes must endure many hardships in their pioneering work. Moreover, the education and fostering of talent should expect to face much difficulty. Furthermore, within the individual selected troupe cases, it was discovered that the management styles tended to be very conservative. Using the individual dance troupe case’s SWOT analyis, we were able to identify areas to offer suggestions for implementing progressive business policies. Finally, according to that same SWOT analysis we also offered suggestionsto the appropriate government offices to increase their assistance in effectively supporting the arts to keep these entities in solvent and ultimately prosperous conditions.
