本研究採文獻分析及問卷調查研究,探討教師教學資訊素養與教學效能之關係,並將調查結果進行分析討論,最後綜合研究發現做成結論,並提出具體建議。 本研究之研究對象,乃以國民中學特殊教育教師為主,普查嘉義市8 所公立國民中學120位任教特殊教育班教師,調查結果以描述性統計、平均數、標準差、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、薛費事後多重比較法、皮爾遜積差相關,進行資料處理分析,獲致下列結論: 一、國民中學特殊教育教師資訊素養與教學效能整體是屬於「高 」程度的表現。 二、國民中學特殊教育教師資訊素養因教師背景變項不同而有顯著差異。三、國民中學特殊教育教師教學效能因教師背景變項不同而有顯著差異。 四、國民中學特殊教育教師資訊素養及教學效能各層面具有正相關。 The samples of this study are 120 special education teachers of 8 Junior high school locating in the Chia-Yi City. The data were analyzed by methods including descriptive statistics, standard deviations, frequency, t-test, one-way ANOVA, pearson's product-moment correlation, Scheffe method , canonical correlation, multiple stepwise regression analysis. The results are as follows: 1. The survey showed that the level of the special teachers’ teaching-information literacy and teaching effectiveness is high. 2. The level of special teachers for their teaching -information literacy had significant differences by teacher's age, seniority, special education background, teaching –classification. 3. The level of special teachers for their teaching effectiveness had significant differences by teacher's seniority, special education background, teaching –classification, administrative job,the educational background. 4. There was a significantly positive correlation between the special teachers’ teaching-information literacy and teaching effectiveness.
