    Abstract:   教育是最重要的基礎建設,而未來將是科技融入教育的開始,各界對於資訊科技在教育上的發展亦抱持相當大的期望。由於世代持續地變動,世界各國亦積極利用科技改造教育,投入資源與動力,全世界都用資訊科技來創造新時代。其對於教育之重視程度頗高,對於教育品質的維護亦是數年來積極推動的教育發展之一,本研究期望觀察歐盟的資訊融入教學發展現況與應用的可能方式,為我國在資訊融入教學與學生資訊教育的發展上貢獻一些具體的建議,提供教育單位研擬教育政策之參考依據。
      Education is the most important infrastructure for a society, but has not come into science and technology. Education will be the beginning of all walks of life and also holds great expectations. As the generations continue to change, the world also uses technology to transform education and resources meanwhile convert them into power. The metropolises in the world with information technology are creating a new era. The European Union on the development of competition in the world has a pivotal position and its strength should not be underestimated. For its high degree of emphasis on education, quality education for the maintenance of the past few years is to actively promote the development of education in one of this study. We are expecting to provide contributions to educational institutions in Taiwan to develop education policies by observing the teaching of information into the current state of development and application of the possible ways in European Union.
