摘要:	捷克為歐洲中部內陸國家，在歷史上，曾為奧匈帝國的一部分。第二次世界大戰結束後，捷克斯洛伐克於1946年舉行全國選舉，共產黨獲得多數票而組成聯合政府，進而於1948年贏得大選，獲得全面控制權。長期以來，為前蘇聯之附庸國，政治、經濟皆受其影響。1989年共黨政府垮臺後，便積極從事政經轉型，更於1993年1月1日與斯洛伐克分裂，成為獨立的捷克共和國。　　　　捷克經過一連串之努力，終於在2004年正式加入歐盟，成為25個會員國之一。在歐盟第五次擴大的眾多國家中，以捷克共和國的政治、經濟發展最為穩定。捷克自1989年共產黨政權垮台之後，政治上朝多元議會民主發展，經濟上自計劃經濟過渡到市場經濟，外交上亦積極參與各國際組織，力求「重返歐洲」。未來也會以達到歐盟內部所訂之政策為目標，作為其內部施政之參考，並且加快腳步，以達加入歐元區之門檻。　　　　本文將藉由分析捷克所選擇的改革方式、轉型過程、政經發展及外交政策、與歐盟的互動及現狀，來探討捷克政治經濟之發展。　　Czech is the landlocked country in the middle part of Europe, in history, it was once part of breast kingdom. After World War II, Czechoslovakia held the national election in 1946, Communist Party obtain majority vote but made up the coalition government, and then won general election in 1948, obtain overall control power. For a long time, it is a vassal state of the former Soviet Union, the politics, economy are all influenced by it. Party's government was engaged in making the transition in political economy actively , split with Slovakia January 1 , 1993 after collapsing altogether in 1989, become independent Czech and shut the country altogether.　　　　Pass a succession of efforts in Czech, join European Union formally in 2004 finally, become one of 25 member states. In numerous and national what European Union expands for the fifth time, it is most steady to develop with the politics, economy of the republic of Czech. Czech has been since collapsed in regime of Communist Party in 1989, go to court in politics plural parliament's democracy is developed, economy carries out the transition to market economy from planned economy, to also participate in every international organization actively in diplomacy , strive to make “return to Europe “. Future will be in order to reach the policy ordered inside European Union as the goal, as its reference with administrative inside too, and accelerate the step, in order to reach and join the threshold of the euro area.　　　　This text will by analysis the reform method selected by Czech Republic, politics and economics development and foreign policy, inquire into Czech political economy of development.
