    摘要:   本論文以皇冠文化集團為研究之對象。皇冠文化集團自1954年創立至今已有50多年的歷史。而皇冠文化集團仍然可以在台灣的出版界裡保持著良好的銷售成績,確實不易。    因此,本論文欲瞭解皇冠文化集團在不同時間與環境之下有什麼樣成功的經營策略?另外,在近期來說,皇冠出版社改以集團式組織是否與環境或經營的策略上有著什麼樣的關係?而在組織的變化上所採取的經營策略是否有什麼改變?皆是本論文所要瞭解的目的。    在研究方法上,採以質性的研究方法。從整體的文學類書籍出版環境的歷史沿革,來看各時代的環境變動。而針對皇冠文化集團,則採以訪談的方式蒐集皇冠文化集團在經營與組織上的相關資料。從環境、經營策略以及組織變革三方面來解析皇冠文化集團整體的發展。    在研究結果發現,皇冠文化集團的發展與外在環境的變化有相當大的關係。在科技環境方面,皇冠文化集團與其他媒體的結合,成功的經營出皇冠文化集團的特色。而在市場環境上,出版需求的多元化,也使皇冠出版社在組織上產生了新的變化。相繼成立針對不同市場需求的出版機構,以應因市場的需求。
      This article takes Crown Culture Corporation object of as the research. The Crown Culture Corporation establishes from 1954 until now had more than 50 years history. But the Crown Culture Corporation still was allowed to maintain the good sales result in Taiwan's publishing circles, is not truly easy.    Therefore, the article wants to understand what type successful management strategy the Crown Culture Corporation does have under the different time environment? Moreover, in the near future that the Crown changes by the corporation type organize whether has what type with the environment or in the management strategy the relations? And management strategy which adopts in organization's change whether does have what to change? All is the goal which the article must understand.    In the research technique, picks by the nature research technique. From the whole literature class books publication environment historical evolution looks various times the environment change. But in view of Crown Culture Corporation、then picks the way collection Crown Culture Corporation which visits in the management and organization's correlation data. From the environment、the management strategy as well as the organization transform three aspects to analyze the Crown Culture Corporation whole the development.    Discovered in the findings that、the Crown Culture Corporation's development and the external environment change has the quite big relations. In technical environment aspect、Crown Culture Corporation and other media unions、success management Crown Culture Corporation characteristic. In market environment、publication demand multiplication、also caused the Crown Culture Corporation to have the new change in the organization. Establishes one after another in view of the different market demand publication organization, meets because of the market demand.
