本文目的在瞭解國小教師專業成長與教學效能之關係,並根據研究結論提出建議,以供教育行政單位、國民小學教師教學之參考。研究對象以嘉義縣30所公立國小教師,取樣數332人進行問卷調查,施測回收有效問卷263份,資料以t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、逐步多元迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析,獲得下列研究結論:1.嘉義縣國小教師專業成長的整體表現與動機符合中高程度以上。2.嘉義縣國小教師教學效能與教學品質傾向中高程度以上表現。3.嘉義縣國小教師專業成長動能上,資深教師高於資淺教師、研究所學歷高於大學與專科學歷、鄉鎮市地區教師高於(特)偏遠地區。4.嘉義縣國小教師的專業成長動能愈高,則教學效能也愈高。5.嘉義縣國小教師專業成長能有效預測教學效能,其中「教育專業知能」最具有預測力。 The purpose of this research is to understand the relationship between the professional growth and the teaching effectiveness of the elementary school teachers. And based on the research results, suggestions are offered as the references for the educational administrations and the teaching of the elementary school teachers. The subjects were teachers in 30 public elementary schools in Jiayi County. 332 teachers were selected as the samples and a total of 263 effective questionnaires were received. The data were analyzed with the statistical methods: t-test, single factor variance analysis, Pearson product-moment correlation, stepwise regression procedure, and the like. The conclusions are as follows: (1) the professional growth and motivation of the Jiayi County elementary school teachers is above high-medium degree ; (2) the teaching effectiveness and quality of Jiayi County elementary school teachers tend to be above high-medium degree; (3) as for the dynamics of the professional growth of Jiayi County elementary school teachers, experienced teachers is higher than junior teachers; those with MA degree are higher than those with BA degree or Associate degree; those teaching in areas of villages or towns is higher than those in the remote areas; (4) the higher the dynamics of the professional growth of the Jiayi County elementary school teachers’ is, the higher their teaching effectiveness is; (5) the Jiayi County elementary school teachers’ professional growth can effectively predict the teaching effectiveness, especially for “the educational professional knowledge”.
