    Abstract:   空軍現行的考績制度是以管理者的角度為出發點,用來評估單位績效仍然不很客觀及科學化,本研究之目的在於建立一套可行性的方法來評估空軍修護單位的維修績效,以提供管理者作為年度考績之客觀依據,並分析維修效率改善的方向與幅度,以作為管理者決策之參考。    本研究以空軍某修補大隊17個修護單位為研究對象,並擷取空軍後勤資訊系統(Logistic Information Management System,LIMS)96年參數資料,運用資料包絡分析法,選定適當的投入與產出變數,探討空軍修護單位飛機維修績效。分析結果顯示,在17個單位中達到效率的有4個單位,未達效率的有13個單位,以第6單位最優,第5單位最差。就整體而言,各修護單位整體效率平均值表現是不佳的,造成效率不佳的原因,不在於投入的資源規模不足,而在於資源的使用無效率,且多數單位處於規模報酬遞減階段。
      The merit system of Air Force is based on the point of view of managers. Using this to evaluate organization’s merit is not quite objective and scientific. The intention of this research is to establish a feasible approach to evaluate the maintenance merit of Air Force organization, which will provide managers an objective basis for annual merit, then demarcate an improved aspect and margin by analyzing maintenance efficiency in order to provide managers a reference material of making decisions.    17 random units from certain maintenance group are utilized to be the objects of this study, and the reference data in year of 96 are also collected from Logistic Information Management System (LIMS). Utilize Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to mark a suitable insertion and produce variables, and the further discussion of unit’s maintenance merit of Air Force will be conducted. This study reveals that 4 out of 17 units achieve the objective ”efficiency” while 13 units fail to achieve the goal, reading shows that unit 6th has the best performance, nevertheless, unit 5th has the worst.  The conclusion of this research is that the average performance of entire efficiency of maintenance units is not satisfactory; the reason of this unsatisfied efficiency is not because of lack of resources but inefficient application of resources. Besides that, most of organizations have entered into curtailment stage.
