本研究目的在調查中部某空軍基地飛機修維護人員的離職傾向因素,探討人口變項、工作特性、工作壓力、領導風格與離職傾向的關係。以文獻分析法對工作特性、工作壓力、領導風格及離職傾向進行討論,並據以擬訂問卷。針對中部某空軍基地飛機修維護人員為對象,使用不記名問卷進行收樣,共發出205份問卷,回收193份,剔除無效問卷8份,總計回收有效問卷185份,有效回收率90.24%。本研究採用SPSS統計分析軟體做為統計分析工具,研究所得結論如下: 1.不同的人口變項(年齡、級職) 在離職傾向有顯著差異。2.工作特性、工作壓力對離職傾向有非常顯著正向影響。3.領導風格對離職傾向有非常顯著負向影響。4.工作特性中的工作回饋性對離職傾向有顯著負向影響。5.工作壓力中的實體環境及組織內壓力對離職傾向有非常顯著正向影響。6.領導風格中的關懷風格對工作壓力有非常顯著負向影響。 The major purpose for this study focuses on the tendency to leave of maintenance people in an Air Force Base in Taiwan to study the relationship among the population variables, job features, job pressure, leadership style and the tendency of the resignation. The survey was developed based on literature analyzed on job features, job pressure, leadership style and tendency to leave. There were 205 questionnaires delivered, 193 were responded, 8 were rejected as invalid count, with a effective retrieve rate of 90.24%. The software SPSS was used as the analysis tools. The results for the study are as follows: 1.There is significant different for the tendency to leave when the different population variables(the age and rank) are taking into account.2.The job feature and job pressure affects the tendency to leave in significantly positive way.3.The leadership affects the tendency to leave in significantly negative way.4.The work feedback affects the tendency to leave in significantly negative way.5.The actual environment and the pressure from organization affect the tendency to leave in significantly positive way.6.The leadership to care for people affecting the job pressure in significantly negative way.
