    Abstract:   交通部觀光局之國人旅遊狀況調查指出,在各職業別的國內旅遊比率中,軍公教的比率最高。同時,當前教師工作環境所需知能的改變,促使教師須不斷地學習、保持最佳的身心狀況,以發揮教育的最大效能,且教師有寒暑假可以自由調配休閒時間,故休閒旅遊對教師而言是相當重要的一環。而國小教師是人數最多的教師族群,也是旅遊業者重要之市場區隔,實有必要加以重視。    國內外研究指出渡假生活型態能有效解釋及預測旅客之消費行為,此外,許多學者認為旅遊活動所帶來的利益對遊客在選擇旅遊活動上有很大的影響。本研究因而著重於探討國小教師之渡假生活型態及所重視的遊憩利益對其旅遊活動偏好類型之影響。首先透過文獻探討建立研究架構,並採用系統抽樣法針對嘉義地區國小教師進行問卷調查,共回收有效問卷437份,之後利用結構方程式驗證各變項間之影響關係。研究發現,嘉義地區國小教師之渡假生活型態及其所重視的遊憩利益兩項對其旅遊活動偏好類型均有顯著的正向影響。最後,基於研究結果提出實務上之建議,希望有助於業者在擬定行銷策略時,規劃更符合國小教師所需的旅遊活動,以達到滿足旅客並創造利潤的雙贏局面。
      Many studies point out that vacation lifestyle can effectively explain and predict consumer behavior of visitors. In the market segmentation, many scholars also believe that the benefit segmentation is the most effective way of segmentation. Therefore,this study focused on the relationship between vacation lifestyle, recreation benefit and preference types of tourism activities for primary teachers. Using systematic sampling for elementary school teachers in Chiayi area carried out a questionnaire survey. 437 effective questionnaires were collected. Using structural equation modeling to examine the impact of the relationship between variables. The results showed that the vacation lifestyle and recreation benefit of primary teachers in Chiayi area have significant positive impact on the preference types of tourism activities.
