    Abstract:   空軍致力於建構新世代的空軍,逐步執行武器裝備換裝作業,然而空軍知識移轉作為受軍中組織文化、組織制度、任務特性、領導者特質等因素影響,衝擊著新型武器裝備技能知識之知識管理作業。    本研究探討封閉官僚性組織於執行知識移轉過程中之相關不利因素,研究範圍涵括專案管理、多組織、跨文化等領域,給予其他研究者於該類型組織之相關知識管理作為精進參考資訊。
      Air Force has been upgrading its weapons and equipment. However, knowledge transfer is not affected by organizational culture, organizational institutions, characteristics of tasks and leaders in R.O.C. Air Force has impacted the skills of knowledge management of operation of new equipments. This thesis presents factors inhibiting knowledge transfer in a closed bureaucratic organization.
