台灣許多的自然災害,已超越人類以往的經驗,破壞了民眾賴以生存的環境。當自然災害日漸嚴重,人類開始思索是否在環境的對待上出了問題,所以環境變得不利於人類。本研究藉由自然災害覺知與環境倫理的理論觀點,採用便利抽樣法對台灣嘉義縣大埔鄉、台南縣玉井鄉、楠西鄉內,曾文遊憩系統民眾之自然災害覺知、環境倫理信念、環境倫理態度做結構式問卷調查,並進行信度分析、描述性統計、皮爾森相關分析、單因子變異數分析。問卷共發放207份問卷,總計有效問卷為189份,藉由統計分析結果發現: 一、居民認為需了解人類活動與自然災害的關係。 二、居民為親近自然和諧相處的非人類中心信念想法。 三、自然災害覺知、環境倫理信念、環境倫理態度三者具有相關性。在自然災害覺知方面,其與非人類中心信念呈現正相關。在人類中心信念方面,與態度的傾向、理論科學型、倫理道德型呈現負相關;與經濟實用型、權利支配型、宗教敬畏型呈現正相關。在非人類中心信念上,與態度的傾向、理論科學型、倫理道德型、美學和諧型呈現正相關。 四、不同受訪者基本資料,在自然災害覺知、環境倫理信念、環境倫理態度有顯著差異,影響民眾在自然災害覺知的因素有:年齡、職業、教育等三項;環境倫理信念的因素有:職業、教育等二項;環境倫理態度因素有:職業、教育、居住地等三項。 五、居民具有良好且正向環境倫理態度,面對自然需建立的環境倫理態度價值觀依序為:美學和諧的價值觀、倫理道德的價值觀、理論科學的價值觀、宗教敬畏的價值觀、權力支配的價值觀、經濟實用的價值觀。 Over the past few decades of nature disaster has become more seriously. Human-being activities have resulted in change environment, so we think deeply the relationship of nature and human- being. The method to carry out this study was using a survey study and convenience sampling on the Zeng- Wen tourism system resident. Our closed-structured questionnaire was founded with Hazard perception theory and Environment ethics theory with Likert’s scale. A three-phase study was designed to explore the hazard perception, environment ethics belief, environment ethics attitude with Zeng- Wen tourism system resident. Finally, we propose the environment ethics values with nature and human-being. The following are results: 1. Subjects consider understanding that relationship with nature and human-being. 2. Subjects belief were Non-humanism and harmonious. 3. Subjects have positive environment ethics belief and environment ethics attitude. The result revealed that age, occupation, education appears to be an important variable in hazard perception. The occupation, education appears to be an important variable in environment ethics belief. The occupation, education, location appears to be an important variable in environment ethics attitude. 4. Hazard perception is associated with environment ethics belief, environment ethics belief is closely related to environment ethics attitude. 5. Subjects must to build their environment ethics values.
