    摘要:   本文以厭氧生物分解人工基質產氫為例,應用統計學之多變量因子分析及灰關聯分析法,探討厭氧生物產氫之影響因子,以及利用灰色動態模式GM(1,1)分析厭氧生物產氫之數據,以了解厭氧生物產氫率之變動情形,結果顯示蔗糖厭氧產氫反應槽之比產氫速率、產氫量、氫氣組成與HRT、HAc、ethanol呈現負相關,僅yield與HBu呈現高度正相關,且與實際之操作結果吻合。    灰關聯分析結果顯示葡萄糖厭氧產氫反應槽於HRT 13.3、5和10 hr此三個HRT操作時,蔗糖厭氧產氫反應槽於HRT 13.3、5、3和8 hr,此四個HRT操作時其氫氣之生成與HBu之增加及HPr、ethanol之減少關聯性頗高。而葡萄糖及蔗糖二厭氧產氫反應槽之產氫量,長HRT時適合以GM(1,1)及GM(1,1)Alpha模式模擬,但對於短HRT時實不適合以GM(1,1)及GM(1,1)Alpha模式模擬及預測。    而以糖蜜廢水進行厭氧生物產氫之數據,以厭氧產氫動力學修正模式進行模擬,結果顯示厭氧產氫動力學修正模式確能模擬糖蜜廢水厭氧產氫之各種產物生成之情形,其於D=0.25 h-1時所有產物實際值與模擬值之誤差,可降至+10%以內。以上之結果顯示以化工動力學為基礎推論之厭氧產氫動力學修正模式,相較於以統計學為基礎之多變量因子分析及灰色理論,較適用於預測及模擬厭氧產氫之情形。
      This study aimed at applying prediction models in anaerobic hydrogen production process. The prediction models included factor analysis of multivariate statistical analysis, Grey system (Grey relational analysis and Grey model, GM(1,1)) and anaerobic hydrogen production kinetics model. The data got from two anaerobic reactors that fed glucose and sucrose as the substrate, respectively, and an anaerobic reactor that fed actual wastewater contained molasses as substrate.    The results of factor analysis indicated that specific hydrogen rate (SHPR), hydrogen production rate (HPR), hydrogen content are negative correlation with the hydraulic retention time (HRT), and the concentrations of acetic acid (HAc) and ethanol, but are positive and high correlation with the concentrations of butyric acid (HBu). This situation is similar to the operation of the reactor.The results of Grey relational analysis revealed that the operation of reactor fed glucose in HRT 13.3, 5, and 10 h and that fed sucrose in HRT 13.3, 5, 3, and 8 h, the hydrogen production is high correlation with the increasing concentrations of HBu, but decreasing of HPr and ethanol. The Grey models, GM(1,1) and GM(1,1)Alpha, are appropriately applied in longer HRT instead of shorter HRT.    Finally, using the anaerobic hydrogen production kinetics model to simulate the data gotten from the anaerobic reactor fed actual wastewater contained molasses as substrate. The results shown that it’s suitable for using the kinetic model to simulate the anaerobic reactor fed actual wastewater contained molasses.
