產業技術升級主要在將產業由低層技術提升至高層技術,以促進產業之生產力及提升勞工工作動機。營建產業一向沿襲傳統工法,造成營建生產力無法有效提升。營建勞工工作條件不佳,致工作動機不足。 本研究旨在探討營建產業技術升級與營建生產力及營建勞工工作動機。研究方法採質化方式,資料蒐集分兩種途徑進行:(1)以相關文獻進行探討,(2)針對個案公司之管理階層及營建勞工進行深度訪談。 文獻探討的綜合結論為:營建產業技術升級在自動化工法、預鑄工法及施工性三方面,對營建產業生產力與營建勞工工作動機有提升效果。 個案公司深度訪談之綜合結論為:傳統工法會造成營建技術落後;營建產業技術升級可以提升營建生產力;營建產業技術升級、公共職業養成訓練可以提升營建勞工工作動機;技術士證照取得無法提升營建勞工工作動機;外勞引進會對營建勞工工作動機造成不利影響;外勞引進會造成營建產業技術空洞化。 本研究期能對政府在營建產業制度之落實、營建產業業界永續經營策略,以及營建勞工職場生涯作建言,裨能有所助益。 The main purpose of technological upgrading is to promote the industrial technology from a low level to a high level so as to heighten the industrial productivity and boost the labors’ working motives. Traditional operating methods are usually adopted in the construction industry so that construction productivity cannot be promoted effectively. And the construction workers have poor working conditions; therefore, their working motives are not good enough. This study is to investigate the technological upgrading of construction industry as well as the construction productivity and construction workers; working motives. Qualitative research method was used, and data were collected in two ways: (1) Relevant documents were used to make the investigation, and (2) In-depth interviews were made to the management and construction workers of the object companies. The general conclusion of investigation made by means of documents as technological upgrading of construction industry has a good effect of promoting the construction productivity and labors’ working motives in the aspects of the automated operating method, precast operating method, and constructability. The general conclusion of in-depth interviews with the object companies is: Traditional operating method can cause technological lagging of construction industry. Technological upgrading can promote the construction productivity. Technological upgrading and public occupational training can boost the labors’ working motives. Bringing-in of foreign workers will have a bad effect of labors’ working motives. And bringing-in of foreign workers will cause the technological hollowing of construction industry. It is the researcher’s hope that this study will be helpful in government’s performance of construction system, everlasting operation strategies of construction industry, and labors’ occupational career.
