摘要:	本研究目的在於探討瓊瑤小說與九0年代後言情小說何者傳遞出的訊息意義與建構出的女性形象是保守的、傳統的。在這樣的目的下，本研究採取文本分析法，加以對兩者言情小說文本進行解讀與比較，並且是以女性身體政治的概念選擇兩個主題：「性政治」、「美貌政治」作為兩者言情小說文本的比較點。進行解讀與比較後，發現九0年代後言情小說比瓊瑤小說所建構出的女性形象與訊息意義是更為保守與不利的。　　　首先，在「性政治」主題中，兩者言情小說的性觀念雖然從強調社會道德的觀念演變為追求個人慾望的滿足與性的工具價值，但是我們看到瓊瑤小說男女兩性質疑與反省這種加諸於個人身上的傳統社會性道德要求，而九0年代後言情小說男女兩性性自由增加，但造成結果是女性性自主權逐漸喪失，她仍然充當男性性慾望滿足對象，仍要以身體與性作為換取經濟利益的手段。而男性更受傳統的性觀念影響，不單重視處女價值，還將女性當成私有財產，無需尊重女性意願，直接性侵犯。　　　　其次，在「美貌政治」主題上，兩者言情小說對男女兩性身體外貌的描述，已從重視外貌背後個性感情的價值轉變為身體外貌帶來的性慾望刺激價值。在瓊瑤小說中，美貌幾乎不是愛情婚姻的主要考量點，但在九0年代後言情小說却突顯外貌美醜對女性生活的影響。尤其是，女性為符合男性美貌標準而壓抑身體自主性不再展現自己的原貌，並且擁有了美貌等於成了真正的女人也就取得了與男性性交機會。此外，不僅是要擺脫以往負面的自我，更要得到男性美貌標準的認可，女性展現了追求美貌實踐的行動力。　　　綜合而言，展現在瓊瑤小說女性身上的批判傳統社會遺留的價值觀的力量與完全身體自主權的思想，在九0年代後言情小說女性身上無法看到。同樣地，瓊瑤小說男性質疑與反省自己所持的傳統社會的價值觀的進步思想也被九0年代後言情小說男性至上、男性中心的思想所取代。　　　This thesis uses text analysis research to analyze the text meaning in both Qiong-Yao romance novel and 90’s romance novel. We also comparative both romance novel in the politics of woman’s body, which concerns sex and appearance, and try to find the constructed woman image and the meanings of gender in which one is conservative. After reading and analysis two kinds of romance novel, we find 90’s romance novel is more conservative.　　　In the sexual politics subject, although sexual concept have changed from social morals to satisfied individual desire and sexual instructmental value, we see male and female in Qiong-Yao romance novel could query and challenge the traditional sexual morals. In the 90’s romance novel, male and female have much more sex freedom, but as a result of female sexual authority losting.The romance novel female also is the sexual object of male sexual desire, and must exchange body and sex for benefits. The romance novel male is infulenced whith traditional sexual concept, they emphansis on the virgin value, and see a woman as private goods, so they could violate woman’s body.　　　In the appearance politics subject, the describe of fiction male and female’s appearance has changed from personal value to exciting sexual desire vaule. In Qiong-Yao romance novel, the appearance could not influence the marriage and love, but in 90’s romance novel the female appearance could effect love. Particuarly, female accept male beauty standard so as not to show herself appearance, and when she becomes beautiful, she get the right to have sex with male. Besidely, female shows her pursuing beautiful authority, not because of throwing off negative self, but also to get male beauity standar.
