本研究旨在探討嘉義市國中小球隊選手對教練領導行為對選手滿意度的影響,並以心流體驗作為中介變項來加以探討。因此,以嘉義市國中小球隊選手為研究對象進行問卷抽查,研究工具包含球隊教練領導行為、心流體驗與選手滿意度等量表。本研究以統計軟體對調查結果進行分析,並檢驗線性結構模式之配適度。驗證結果顯示,整體模式配適度達檢定水準,表示本研究的理論模式可獲得支持;教練領導行為、心流體驗對選手滿意度皆有正向顯著的影響;而心流體驗於教練領導行為與選手滿意度之間具部分中介效果。 The purposes of this study were to explore the effects of coaches’ leadership behavior on athletics’ satisfaction with using flow experience as an intermediary factor. The objects are members of ball team in Elementary School and Junior High School in Chiayi City. The investigation with coaches’ leadership behavior scale, flow experience scale and athletics’ satisfaction scale as instrument. In this study, statistical software to analyze the survey results and to test the model with a linear structure moderately. Validation results show that the overall model fit the standard level of certification, which means that the theoretical model of this research available to support coaches' leadership behavior, there are significant positive impact on flow experience to athletics' satisfaction, and flow experience in coaches' leadership behavior between the athletics' satisfaction with a partial mediating effect.
