    Abstract:   隨著資訊技術的不斷發展,產業電子化的議題也伴隨著資訊技術的不斷推陳出新而有不同的面貌,同一產業的企業夥伴合作關係中,普遍存在著系統平台的異質性問題,在同一企業之內,也可能面臨不同應用服務供應商的新舊系統無法互相溝通,分享資訊的繁瑣問題。另一方面,隨著全球化發展,企業中商務運作往來已不受時間空間的限制,當業務之中的組織成員在進行共同的任務或交易流程時,組織間的距離將不再侷限於同一間企業或是同一棟大樓;因此存在著任務組織成員之間所提供的服務資訊與系統加以整合與協調的重要性。   近年,軟體業界推出Web Services技術標準,主要透過XML為基礎的標準協定諸如XML、SOAP、WSDL等將企業間的服務加以描述與包裝,本研究希望能夠以Web Services技術為基礎,透過統一塑模方法分析建立起一個應用整合的平台架構;期能整合企業間原先建構在新舊系統與異質性平台之中的企業應用服務元件,在平台中進行提供資訊整合與任務協調共享,提供不同的應用服務間能有一個溝通的管道,並產生一個整合後的使用介面,讓企業中的使用者能夠簡單的在單一介面操作之下達成數個不同系統的任務。 
      The interesting of E-business is discussed widely in various dimensions with the development of information technologies. The problems of heterogeneity among systems have persecuted businesses and their partner in several industries. This problem will also face the problem that systems between two application service providers can’t communicate and share information to each other. On the other hand, globalization enable businesses can operation in 24/7 and no limitation in space, it have a significant implication that distance among businesses are unlimited. Therefore, the service information and system integrations among various businesses are important in digital age.   Recently, software industry established the Web-services standard, it's packages business rules and process by XML, SOAP and WSDL. Our research is expect to development an web-services based application integration by using UML, we hope to provided a new solution to the application of business services component integration among heterogeneous systems. In our framework, it's providers a channel of communication between two different systems, that they can to proceed to data integration and coordination of assignment; and generate interface dynamically, that User can accomplish an assignment among different systems in only one simple interface.
