摘要: | 本研究主要在探討空軍軍事進修教育實施網路教學的學習意向與需求,作為建構一個以網路教學為基礎的終身教育體系的基本研究。 由研究結果發現:1、空軍士官認為有提升學歷之需求。2、「軍法課程」、「管理教育課程」、「政治課程」為適合發展為網路教學教材學科。3、「電腦日益普及,而且作業系統環境中文化,符合空軍士官資訊能力使用」與「缺乏人力和經費,從事研究發展,且缺乏資源整合機制」為空軍士官認為發展網路教學最有利機會與最主要的限制。4.、不同性別、年齡層、接觸電腦時間、接觸全球資訊網時間、曾經參加非面對面教學的學習方式的空軍士官對實施網路教學的學習意向與需求有顯著差異。5、不同專長、服務資歷、階級、駐地位置、使用電腦情形、對網路教學一詞的了解程度、家中電腦是否能上網等變項,則對空軍實施網路教學的學習意向與需求並無顯著差異。 根據上述之研究結果,本研究對空軍教育行政機關、士官及後續研究者提出建議,作為未來空軍實施網路教學之參考。 This research is main at study the air force the further studies education to carry out the attribution and demand of the web-based learning. The major finding of this study are listed as follows:1, the air force's sergeants think that have to promote the need of the educational background. 2," course of military law"," course of management", the “political course" for suiting develop to course of web-based learning teaching material. 3," the computer increasingly make widely available, and operation system is based on Chinese , match the usage of air force sergeant ability" with the " lack the manpower and budget, and make a study of the development, and short of resources mechanism of integration" are good chance and main limit to develop web-based learning in military. 4, different sex, age, time of contact computer, time of contact WWW, ever attend the method of study of the not face to face teaching contain obvious difference of intention and need of web-based learning. 5, different specialty, resume of service, rank, place of work , situation of usage computer, understanding |the phrase degree of web-base learning, if can get to the Internet in the house not contain obvious difference of intention and need of web-based learning. According to the above research, and this study to organization of air force education administration, the sergeant and follow-up researcher bring up the suggestion, and are used as the future air force to carry out the reference of the web-based learning. |
