    Title: 企業型基金會使命,與母體企業間知識流動,對企業型基金會知識管理績效關係之研究

    Abstract:   於目前知識經濟的時代之下,知識是組織重要資源之一,因為具有知識能力,當面對多元的變化與競爭即擁有相當之優勢。而非營利組織面臨此一風潮,亦不可置身於外,更應具效率的將之運用於組織管理之中,並將其發揮至最大效益。其中,具有企業屬性與非營利屬性之企業型基金會,由於與母體企業之間存在資源依賴關係,使其在知識管理之接受與落實,更能顯著獲得執行後之效果表現。據此,本研究即針對企業型基金會為對象,探討有關知識操作、與母體企業間之知識交流以及知識績效之實證研究,並藉以建構知識操作、知識交流與知識績效之評估量表。   本研究經由文獻回顧,整理與分析,建構企業型基金會之使命特性、企業型基金會知識操作、母體企業與企業型基金會之知識交流、以及知識管理績效等四項構念,並運用問卷設計進行調查。最後,運用SAS套裝軟體統計分析之工具,進行(一)敘述統計,(二)t-test,(三)相關分析,(四)迴歸分析,(五)逐步迴歸分析,(六)因素分析,(七)內部一致性分析等資料分析方法。在樣本抽取方面,依據教育部所編印的「全國文教基金會名錄」,與喜馬拉雅基金會所編印的「台灣300家主要基金會」,共計200家,以普查方式郵寄發放。   經由上述之研究分析,獲得以下之各項因素:一、使命因素:經貿社會導向、環境醫療導向與文教慈善導向;二、知識操作因素:知識規劃、高層支持、技術革新、知識改善、知識分享、學習文化、顧客價值、重視人力;三、知識交流因素:群聚功能、展延功能、交易功能、定歸功能;四、知識績效因素:深入度績效、普及度績效、成長度績效、擴散度績效、多元性績效、整合性績效、轉化力績效、創造力績效。依據上述所獲得因素所建構之量表,具有高信度之表現。   而在實證研究結果方面,獲得普遍支持之假設有「企業型基金會其使命對於知識操作具顯著關聯性」與「企業型基金會其使命對於母體企業與企業型基金會間之知識交流具顯著關聯性」;而少量支持之假設則有「企業型基金會其知識操作對於母體企業與企業型基金會間之知識交流具顯著關聯性」、「企業型基金會其使命對於知識績效具顯著關聯性」、「企業型基金會其知識操作對於知識績效具顯著關聯性」與「母體企業與企業型基金會間的知識交流對知識績效具顯著關聯性」等。   透過本研究之分析,可提供企業型基金會於相關資料之結論,瞭解目前企業型基金會之表現;而量表建構可提供評估知識運用之情形,亦可在適度修訂下,提供相關之非營利組織,甚或營利機構之運用。
      In the time of knowledge and economics, knowledge is one of the most important resources in the organization. Having the capability of knowledge means owning the advantage upon facing the multiple change and competition; it is also a tendency for the nonprofit organization. It should be utilized efficiently in management and developed its utmost beneficial result. Among them the enterprising foundation, a property of enterprise and nonprofit organization, can obviously receive the effect after accepting and implementing the knowledge management, due to the depending relationship with foundation-parent business. Consequently, the study is taking the enterprising foundation as an example and trying to research the knowledge flow and performance with foundation-parent business upon operating knowledge. And then form a list of evaluation based on operation, flow and performance of knowledge.   Through literature review, sorting and analysis the foundation mission, knowledge operation and flow with foundation-parent business/enterprising foundation and performance of knowledge management are formed. Questionnaires are used for the investigation. The SAS (Statistical Analysis System) is applied as a tool and the following methods are implemented: (1) descriptive statistics (2) t-test (3) related analysis (4) regression analysis (5) stepwise regression analysis (6) factor analysis (7) internal consistency analysis etc. According to List of National Foundation issued by MOE and The 300 Foundations in Taiwan issued by the Himalaya Foundation, totaling 200 questionnaires were sent by mail for investigation.    The following factors are received after analysis: (1) mission: orientation of economics/trading/social, environmental medical treatment and charity (2) knowledge operation: knowledge plan, support from senior management, technique revolution, knowledge improvement, knowledge sharing, learning culture, customer’s and manpower’s value (3) knowledge flow: function of group gathering, extension, trading and home (4) knowledge performance: thorough, popularized, growing, spreading, multiple, integrated, transforming and creating. Based on the formed list of all factors the performance of high reliability can be seen.   The practicing result of the study showed the assumption that received popularized support is “the mission of enterprising foundation has obvious connection with knowledge operation” and “the mission of enterprising foundation has obvious connection with knowledge flow between foundation-parent business and enterprising foundation”. The assumption that received fewer support is “the knowledge operation of enterprising foundation has obvious connection with knowledge flow between foundation-parent business and enterprising foundation”, “the mission of enterprising foundation has obvious connection with knowledge performance”, “the knowledge operation of enterprising foundation has obvious connection with knowledge performance” and “the knowledge flow between foundation-parent business and enterprising foundation has obvious connection with knowledge performance” etc.   The analysis of study can provide enterprising foundation a conclusion with relevant information and understand its performance; furthermore, the list of evaluation can estimate the operation of knowledge. In proper amendment it also provides application for nonprofit organization or profit organization.
