    摘要: 　　本研究係採用資料分析與深度訪談方式，來瞭解非營利組織產業化、公益創投與社會企業的模式與方法。藉由深度訪談愛心貝殼公園，從經營策略、產業競爭力、經營市場與實施產業化之後所面臨的問題，以上四個構面探討非營利組織產業化後所帶來的影響。　　　依研究發現，就以台灣非營利組織而言，因財源緊縮的問題，紛紛實施產業化。而採行的產業化方式之ㄧ就是現階段非營利組織所倡導的公益創投與社會企業。非營利組織實施產業化之後，由傳統經營與管理的模式，便逐漸趨向於企業化經營與行銷模式。　　　從文獻中發現，公益創投與社會企業雖是新名詞，但嚴格來說並不是完全新的概念與做法，將之與訪談個案經營管理與實務運作的模式加以對照，發現其業務與行為，或多或少反映了公益創投與社會企業的模式，但對於實施產業化之後所面臨的經營層面與產業競爭的問題，如專業能力與素養、經營知識、產品行銷、市場脈動的掌握與實務經驗等，的確有待加強。　　　因此，要如何做有效的規劃與規範，要如何發展適合台灣的公益創投與強化既有社會企業的功能，是值得深入研究的，冀望透這次的研究，對於即將產業化的非營利組織，能夠提出較具有永久性的作法與建議，幫助改善其財務結構，創造更有效的經營模式，使組織能夠永續經營。
    　　We adopt in this research the ways of analyzing literatures and interview profundity to understand the patterns and methods of non-profit organization (NPO) in the face of industrialization, venture philanthropy and social enterprise. By interviewing Love-shell Park (an organization for disables) in four aspects: management strategies, industry competitiveness, management of market and questions come after industrialization, we investigate the influences of non-profit organizations on the way of industrialization.　　　According to the research, the non-profit organizations in Taiwan are getting afoot to industrialization gradually because of the retrench in financial resources. Two forms of industrialization now have been taken: promoting venture philanthropy and social enterprise. By the way of traditional management and administration, the NPO tends to improve its management and marketing step by step.　　　Venture philanthropy and social enterprise are new words for the discussions. However, they are not new concepts and practices completely. In contrast with the interviews about the methods in management and operations, the results show that the methods of venture philanthropy and social enterprise have its shadows in the case studied. After industrializing, the questions about management capabilities and industry competitiveness need to be augmented--whether in professional ability and self-discipline, knowledge in management, product marketing, market analysis and working experience, etc.　　　Therefore, how to make rules and standard, how to improve a suitable function in venture philanthropy and reinforce our social enterprise are the questions needed to be studied completely. To improve financial structures and to create efficient methods in management so as to reach sustainable growth are the goals of this research for non-profit organizations facing industrialization.
