本研究企圖透過政治機會結構的觀點,分析台灣教師人權運動興起的背景以及政策影響。本研究以統合主義的觀點,分析國家與教師之間的控制與交換關係。並且討論政治機會結構影響統合主義的控制手段,以及控制鬆動之後,造成教師人權運動的出現。 接著討論運動後果,本研究以政策影響為主軸,討論教師法制訂的過程。以及透過政治機會結構的面向,分析政治結盟者的支持與執政菁英的態度,對於教師人權運動本身與教師法制訂過程的影響。最後,建議針對現今教師會運動的研究,亦可採用政治機會結構的觀點來分析。 This research is based on Political Opportunity Structure to analyze the background of Taiwan's Schoolteachers' Movement and the impact of politics. This paper is studied from the views of Corporatism to criticize control and interaction between the government and teachers. Furthermore, to discuss how the Political Opportunity Structure would affect the control of Corporatism in result of that loosing controls brought the Taiwan's Schoolteachers' Movement. The result of Taiwan's Schoolteachers' Movement mainly focus on the impact of politics to discuss the process of establishment of the Teachers Law. In the same time, bases on Political Opportunity Structure to study how the Movement and the establishment of the Teachers Law affect by the support of allied politicians and the attitude of governed officers. To conclude by suggesting the research about the movement of teachers’ association to apply the views of Political Opportunity Structure.
