隨著無線區域網路(Wireless Local Area Network, WLAN)技術日趨成熟及行動裝置（PDA、Smart Phone）多樣化，無線行動上網已廣為大眾接受與肯定。本論文旨在探討如何以知識管理的理念，融入大學校園，並建構出校園知識管理之模式，將校園所擁有各類知識進行有效擷取、儲存、傳遞、分享、應用。並運用資訊科技建置行動校園資訊服務系統，透過行動裝置結合網際網路無線上網，突破時空限制隨時取得資訊、傳遞知識，隨地學習、創造知識，隨時與人溝通、分享知識，讓校園每一成員隨時掌握校園即時資訊，查詢校園公告、課程資訊、學業成績……等。期望建置此系統能使大學邁向知識化大道，不斷地創造知識價值，以厚植大學競爭力。 Due to maturation of WLAN(Wireless Local Area Network) technology development and diversification of Mobile Devices(PDA, Smart Phone), Wireless Mobile Network has been accepted and approved by the public. The main idea of this dissertation is to research on how to apply Knowledge Management on campus and create a model which will facilitate easy access, storage, transfer, sharing and application of campus knowledge. Through Mobile Devices powered by Wireless Network, the Mobile Information Service System will enable information access, knowledge transfer, e-learning, communicating and sharing without limitation of time and space. Students will be able to have real-time access to curriculum information, score report and campus bulletin. The aim of this system is to add value on Knowledge Management hence reinforcing the competence of the university.
