摘要: | 知識已與資本、土地、勞力技術並列為基本的經濟資源,甚至主導企業存亡,因此,知識經濟時代已來臨,無論企業界、學界、政府單位無不極盡所能提升自身的知識層次,以求在新世紀中站穩腳步。警察機關為政府體系中最龐大之組織,為跟上時代潮流趨勢,必須所有員警均養成不斷學習之習慣,使機關成為學習型組織,對於知識作有效之管理與運用,調適工作壓力,提高成就動機,強化專業承諾,激勵工作士氣,增進工作績效,實刻不容緩。 本研究的目的是探討警察人員的知識管理、工作壓力、成就動機對其專業承諾、工作士氣與工作績效的差異性、相關性及影響性之研究,並以嘉義縣警察局的員警為研究對象,透過便利取樣的方式進行問卷調查,共發出1000 份問卷,回收775 份,扣除無效問卷33 份,有效問卷742 份,有效問卷回收率為74.2﹪。 本研究採用SPSS 統計視窗軟體作為統計分析之工具,針對樣本資料使用之研究方法如:因素分析、信度分析、描述性統計分析、次數分配、T 檢定分析、單因子變異數分析與事後多重比較、皮爾森相關分析、迴歸分析、集群分析與徑路分析等方法。本研究所得結論如下:1. 不同個人特徵變項(性別、年齡、婚姻、學歷、年資、官等、職位、職務)的員警,其對知識管理、工作壓力、成就動機、專業承諾、工作士氣及工作績效的認知有部份顯著差異。2. 警察人員的知識管理、工作壓力、成就動機、專業承諾、工作士氣及工作績效之間有部份顯著相關。3. 警察人員的知識管理、工作壓力、成就動機、專業承諾、工作士氣對工作績效及其子構面,除專業承諾與工作熱誠與創新未達到顯著影響外,其餘皆達到顯著正向影響。4. 不同集群的員警對知識管理、工作壓力、成就動機、專業承諾、工作士氣與工作績效的認知有部份顯著差異。5. 警察人員的知識管理、工作壓力、成就動機、專業承諾、工作士氣對工作績效,除專工作壓力與業承諾未達到顯著徑向影響外,其餘皆達到顯著徑向影響。以上結論將分享給警察政策制定者、相關學者,以及提供未來相關研究者之方向根據。 Along with capital, land and labor technique, knowledge management has been the basic economic resource even lead enterprise to exit or perish. Therefore knowledge economic time has come already, even enterprise, scholarship and government try hard to upgrade knowledge level for standing steadily. Police department is the largest organization in the government. It is important for keeping up with the time current, all police should cultivate a learning habit to make it a learning organization, manage and apply knowledge efficiently, adjust job stress, enhance achievement motivation, strengthen professional commitment, stimulate work morale and increase job performance. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among knowledge management, job stress, achievement motivation, professional commitment, work morale and job performance, and used police officers of chai-yi county police department for examples. The research was mainly conducted by questionnaires. Of the 1000 questionnaires sent out, 775 were returned, among which 33 were not valid, 742 were valid. The returning rate of valid questionnaires was 74.2﹪. This study has adopted SPSS FOR WINDOWS as the tool for statistical analysis. For sampling data use research method for example, factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive analysis, frequency distribution, T-test analysis, single factor variant analysis(One Way ANOVA)and subsequent inspection, Pearson correlated analysis, regression analysis, cluster analysis, path analysis and so on.The major conclusions of this study are as follows:1. The personal demographic information of police officers (i.e., gender, age, marital status, educational background, seniority, official rank, job position, job titles)is significantly difference to the perceptions in areas of knowledge management, job stress, achievement motivation, professional commitment, work morale and job performance.2. Knowledge management, job stress, achievement motivation, professional commitment, work morale and job performance is significantly correlated to each other.3. Knowledge management, job stress, achievement motivation, professional commitment, work morale and job performance is significantly positive effect on job performance. Professional commitment is not significantly effect on work enthusiasm and innovation.4. Different cluster’s police officers are significantly difference to the perceptions of knowledge management, job stress, achievement motivation, professional commitment, work morale and job performance.5. Knowledge management, job stress, achievement motivation, professional commitment, work morale and job performance is significantly positive path effect on job performance. Job stress and professional commitment is not significantly path effect on job performance.The above findings will be shared with police policy-makers, relevant scholar, and can be the basis for future relevant studies. |
