摘要: | 本研究主要目的在瞭解國小教師在不同個人屬性對生命教育教學信念的差異情形,及瞭解國小教師在不同個人屬性對生命教育教學行為的差異情形,最後探討現階段國小教師對生命教育教學信念與教學行為之關聯情形。 本研究採問卷調查法,並根據相關文獻理論基礎與實證研究,自行整理編製「國小教師對生命教育教學信念與教學行為調查問卷」,以南投縣立國民小學教師為受試對象,共寄出726份問卷,回收有效問卷561份,有效問卷回收率為77.3%,調查所得資料以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關、典型相關等統計方法進行分析研究。根據資料分析結果,本研究重要發現如下: 一、不同個人屬性生命教育教學信念之中,不同性別、教育程度、宗教信仰、學校規模、學校所在地等變項沒有達到顯著差異,而不同年齡、服務年資、工作職務、研習時數等變項則達顯著性差異。 二、不同個人屬性生命教育教學行為之中,不同性別、教育程度、學校所在地等變項沒有達到顯著差異,而不同年齡、服務年資、工作職務、宗教信仰、研習時數、學校規模等變項則達顯著性差異。 三、國小教師生命教育教學信念與教學行為間有顯著正相關存在。 四、國小教師生命教育教學信念與教學行為之間具有兩組典型相關。 依據研究結論,對教育行政機關、學校、國小教師及後續研究者提出具體建議事項。 The purpose of the study is to realize that elementary teachers’ backgrounds will make some differences on the teaching beliefs or not. And to realize that elementary teachers’ backgrounds will make some differences on the teaching behaviors or not. The last process is to discuss the correlation between the elementary teachers’ teaching beliefs and the teaching behaviors with life education. The research methods are questionnaire survey, some relative literary analysis and facts presence to make the questionnaire survey of elementary teachers’ teaching beliefs and the teaching behaviors with life education. The survey way targeted the elementary teachers. There are 726 samples were delivered and 561 of them retrieved. Data were analyzed using the method of descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, canonical Correlation. The major findings were: 1.In the different backgrounds of life education beliefs, the different sex, educational level, religion, school size and school location have not obvious difference, but the age, service years, job title and study hours will have obvious difference. 2.In the different backgrounds of life education behaviors, the different sex, educational level and school size have not obvious difference, but the age, service years, job title, religion, study hours and school location will have obvious difference. 3.There were positive correlations between elementary teachers’ teaching beliefs and the teaching behaviors with life education. 4.There were two canonical correlation between elementary teachers’ teaching beliefs and the teaching behaviors with life education. Based on the conclusion of the study, some suggestions were made to the educational administrations, schools, elementary school teachers, and further studies. |
