    摘要:   非營利組織隨時代進步不斷增加,無形中分散了來自政府和企業及社會支援力量,造成很多非營利組織面臨人力和物力等資源短缺,難以滿足組織有效運作達到理想目標的需求,如何運用資源整合對策,提高非營利組織競爭力和充實永續經營體質,成了非營利組織運作之重要課題。   本研究將針對台灣血液基金會,如何加強非營利組織資源整合力量探討,依文獻探討及深度訪談等方法,就台灣血液基金會和政府、企業及非營利組織結為夥伴關係,以取得各不同面向資源加以整合,強化組織運作效力,以達永續經營目標進行深入探討。分別研究政府部門的相關法令和資源整合的關係,對非營利組織提供何種輔導與鼓勵措施和補助?非營利組織可以透過那種途徑獲得保護或補助?企業和非營利事業組織的資源整合關係?如何取得企業資源?非營利組織結盟如何相互資源整合運用?台灣血液基金會如何和政府或企業共同合作,並且與非營利組織結盟整合資源共用?   期盼將研究成果,提供台灣血液基金會及非營利組織,在日後組織運作發展參考,以落實資源整合運作方針,擴大尋求和非營利組織間垂直和水平策略結盟夥伴關係,有效利用資源整合力量,使台灣血液基金會及非營利組織得以奠定更堅實運作能力,不斷提高優質捐供血品質,有效落實服務社會大眾。
      Non-profit organizations increase continuously with the progress of generations, which invisibly scatters the support and the strength coming from the government, enterprise and society, which causes a lot of non-profit organizations to face the shortage of resources, such as manpower and material resources, etc. and which is hard to satisfy the needs of valid operations and ideal target; how to make use of resources integrally, raise the competition abilities of non-profit organizations and enrich lasting management constitution have become the important issues of the non-profit organization operation.   This research will aim at the Taiwan Blood Services Foundation, how strengthen the non-profit organization the resource the integration the strength the study, according to the methods of cultural heritage such as study and the in-depth interview etc., the Taiwan Blood Services Foundation and government, enterprise and non-profit organization competition knot to relate to the partner, to obtain each dissimilarity to face the resource to take into the integration, enhance the organization operation effect, to attain the everlasting target of the management to carry on the thorough study. The relation that the related ordinance and resource that study the government section respectively integrates, provides to the non-profit organization what guidance and the encouragement measure and subsidy? Non-profit organization can through that kind of does the path to acquire the protection or subsidies? Does the enterprise integrate the relation with the resources that the non-profit business organizes? How obtain the enterprise resource? The non-profit organization from alliances how mutually does the resource integrate applications? How can Taiwan Blood Services Foundation cooperate with the government or the enterprise together, and form alliance with non-profit organizations to integrate resources?   It is expected that this research will come up with the result which might provide the Taiwan Blood Services Foundation and non-profit organizations, at in the days to come organize to operate the development reference, to carry out the resources integrally to operate the policy, extend to look for with non-profit organizations the perpendicularity and the level strategy form alliance the partner the relation, making use of the resources integration strength effectively, can make the Taiwan Blood Services Foundation and non-profit organizations establish more solid operation ability, raise the superior quality to donate to provide quality blood continuously to fulfill the goal of serving the public.
