Abstract:	本研究主要在探討台南市民眾參與休閒運動阻礙情形與幸福感之關係，研究工具為休閒運動阻礙量表、幸福感量表、生活滿意度量表及正負向情感量表，來對台南市民眾進行調查。總計發出問卷411份，回收284份，有效問卷280份，有效率達68%。問卷回收資料分別以描述性統計、因素分析、積差相關、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、雪費事後比較等統計方法進行資料處理。希望透過本研究之結果，能提供政府相關單位及後續研究等方面之參考，達減少民眾之休閒運動阻礙、增加生活滿意度及提昇幸福感之具體效益。　　The aims of this study were to explore constraints and subjective well-being of metropolitan in recreational sports activities in Tainan County; and the relationship between both issues.The method of questionnaire was used as the main research investigation instrument, which was focused on all metropolitan in Tainan City.There were 411 questionnaires completed and 284 returned; there were 280 out of 411 (or 68%) were valid. Descriptive Statistics, Factor Analysis,Pearson’s r, t-test, One-way ANOVA, and Scheffe-test were used for the main statistical analysis of this study. It is hoped that this study could provide a useful reference for government and further research in diminishing participation constraints in leisured sports activities and enhancing both issues of living satisfaction and subjective well-being.
