我國中小企業面臨東南亞國家及中國大陸低價競爭的壓力,唯有產業升級及創新研發才有永續發展的機會,但中小企業的人力、財力與技術不足的情況下,如何從事高風險高投資的研發工作?因而本研究由專利分析的方法藉由專利地圖的制作,由專利公報中所呈現的資料加以分析,所得專利情報可做為中小企業研發、創新、轉型決策時的參考,經本研究以發光二極體為分析例結果,主要有下列四項成果1. 由IPC(國際分類號)分析:能由專利分析得知發光二極體產業上、中、下游廠商的開發能力,及其技術專長範圍。2. 由發明人分析:產業人才的發掘,與其專業的領域。3. 由公告日期分析:由發光二極體公告曰期專利數量分析中可得知白光二極體產業發展的趨勢非常快速。4. 由申請人的分析:由申請人的資訊可得知,可能的競爭者與合作伙伴。 Our middle and small size of industries in my country have been encountered the pressure of the lowest price competition from the other Asian countries and China. The only way to go through the bottle neck is to promote industrial level and get into there search in order to get more chance to continue our life of industry. How will we handle the higher risk of research investment with the shortage of research people, financial support and technical esource ? That is the reason why to use my patent analysis study analyzes it by the patent mapping technology. From the analysis of the data shown in patent report, the conclusion of professional information can be used by the middle andsmall size of industry to be referred to its research, invention and transformation. With the research of LED Diode, the result of analysis comes into four parts as below.1. With the analysis of IPC: Use the patent analysis to know that the upper, the middle and the lower stream of manufacturer whose development capability of LED Diode and technology of its scope.2. With the analysis of inventor: Discovery of industrial specialist and professional scope.3. With the analysis of declaration date: From the patent quantity analysis of LED Diode, the tendency of the growth of white LED Diode is very rapid.4. With the analysis of applicant: Possible competitors and companions can be obtained from the applicant information.
