    Abstract:   本研究係以縣政府員工為研究對象,藉以探討組織公民行為、知識管理認知對工作績效的影響,並透過各構面間相關性分析,以及員工個人變項對各研究變項之差異性分析,找出影響工作績效的因素與提昇員工的組織公民行為和知識管理認知之有效管理作為,俾供管理實務參考,以提升縣市政府的行政效率及效能。   本研究採問卷調查方式,並以SPSS統計軟體進行資料分析,使用之統計方法包括描述性統計、T檢定、單因子變異數分析、相關分析、迴歸分析及徑路分析等。經研究結果發現:(一)不同年齡、職務、服務年資、婚姻狀態、工作身分之員工於組織公民行為與工作績效均呈現顯著差異。(二)不同年齡、職務、婚姻狀態、工作身分之員工其知識管理認知有顯著差異。(三)不同年齡、職務、服務年資、婚姻狀態之員工其工作投入情形有顯著差異。(四)組織公民行為、知識管理認知、工作投入與工作績效各變項間均有顯著相關。(五)組織公民行為、知識管理認知對於工作投入、工作績效,以及組織公民行為、知識管理認知與工作投入對於工作績效均有顯著正向影響。
      This research is to regard staff of county government as the research object, discussing the influence of organizational citizenship behavior and knowledge management recognition on job performance. By way of correlation analysis of each conceptions, and the variation analysis between staff and each research variants, finding the factors affecting job performance, and providing effective managing behavior to promote staff’s organizational citizenship behavior and knowledge management recognition. This research will offer practical reference on management to the county and municipal government, and to improve the administrative efficiency.   This research adopts the investigation method of the questionnaire, and analysis data with SPSS, the statistical method used includes that describe statistics, T-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation, regression and path analysis. The main conclusion of this research as follows: 1. It is significant difference on organizational citizenship behavior and job performance among the personnel of different ages, jobs, seniority, marriage status and position. 2. It is significant difference on knowledge management recognition among the personnel of different ages, jobs, marriage status and position. 3. It is significant difference on job involvement among the personnel of different age, job, seniority and marriage status. 4. It is significant correlation among organizational citizenship behavior, knowledge management recognition, job involvement and job performance. 5. The organizational citizenship behavior or knowledge management recognition is significant positive influence to job involvement or job performance, and organizational citizenship behavior, knowledge management recognition and job involvement is significant positive influence to job performance.
