本研究主要是使用計畫行為理論(TPB)來探討影響嘉義市地區民眾對於做廢棄光碟片回收行為的因素，以橫斷式非隨機的便利抽樣法抽取樣本，共發放了382份問卷，回收後有效樣本為366份。 在研究中發現，大部份的受試者對於廢棄光碟片回收是抱持正面的環境態度；有97.3%的受試者使用過光碟片，而也有高達67.8%的受試者沒有做過任何的廢棄光碟片回收。教育程度愈高的民眾對於廢棄光碟片回收控制和回收的道德義務也愈高。在影響廢光碟回收的行為意向上，以態度的影響力最高，其次是行為控制知覺和道德義務，而主觀規範對於廢光碟回收行為的影響最小。廢光碟回收的行為意向和競爭性意向對行為的影響來說，競爭性意向確實會減低民眾在做廢棄光碟片回收的行為。 This research mainly is the usage Theory of Planned Behavior(TPB) to will influence the factor of the people to do to waste compact disc recovery behavior to inquiring into, taking the people of the region in Chiayi City as maternal, sample the sample with the not random convenient sampling method of the crossing type, totally issue 382 questionnaires, recovery behind the valid sample is 366s.
