有鑒於教師士氣低落,並對教育產生無力感,以至於影響教育品質。此時宗教團體卻能善用教師研習制度,將其宗教思想轉化為教育理念,對老師再教育。因此本研究旨在探究宗教團體-福智對於教師信念的影響力,以及是否影響教師行為及教學效能的情形。 為了更深入福智教師的內心世界,了解福智對教師的影響,本研究以參與觀察以及深度訪談法進行研究探討。本研究結果發現如下: 一、宗教力量引發教師愛,再度燃起教師熱忱。二、宗教師人格感召了教師。三、團體的支持力成為教師有力的後盾。四、福智的宗教與教育理念重建了教師信念。五、福智讓教師行為更多樣化、次第化、善巧方便、人性化。六、教師心靈力量提昇,轉念的方法等都讓教學效能提昇。七、佛儒思想讓教師從己做起,化己化人。八、福智提醒教育方向的重要性,並讓教師提昇對教育的心力,讓學生改變思想行為。最後針對本研究,提出一些問題省思。 In view of the teacher's morale is sinking, teachers feel diluted to education and educational quality drops. At this time, the religious group makes the best of teacher's studying system and turns its religious thought into the education theory to educate the teacher. Therefore the aims of this study were to explore how the religious group-Bliss & Wisdom influence the teacher's belief, teaching behaviors and teaching efficiency. In order to explore the Bliss & Wisdom teacher's inner world and understand the influence of Bliss & Wisdom on teacher. In the process, participant observations and in-depth interview were adopted. Results of the study are concluded as follows: 1. Religious strength arouses teacher's love and teacher's enthusiasm again. 2. The personality of religious chief inspires the teacher. 3. The group supports the teacher powerfully. 4. The ideal of religion and education of Bliss & Wisdom reconstruct teacher's belief. 5. Bliss & Wisdom let variety, routine, better manner and humanization of teaching behaviors. 6. The promotion of teacher's mental strength and the way of turning their thought make teaching efficiency better. 7. The thought of Buddhism and Confucianism educated teachers themselves and then educated students. 8. Bliss & Wisdom reminds us the importance of the educational direction and let the teacher do their best on education and change the student's thought and behavior .Finally aims at this study gives mature consideration to all aspects of a question.
