| 摘要: | 宗教型非營利組織，近年來因應台灣社會的變遷，積極的投入社會服務，提供不同的福利需求，觀察台灣目前許多宗教型非營利組織發展蓬勃，規模龐大，活動力及動員能力強，且日益重視參與公共事務，綿密社區互動網絡，在我國第三部門發展中被視為一股重要的力量之ㄧ。因此，宗教型非營利組織的蓬勃發展，為社會帶來正面的功能與價值，其獨特的貢獻，實在不容忽視。 本研究將以台南縣宗教型基金會為研究對象，以質化研究的方法，採用文獻分析、深度訪談與比較分析的方式，藉由個案的研究，瞭解基金會的源起與發展、成立的宗旨與使命、服務的範圍與對象以及服務的項目與內容，探討基金會運作機制與發展現況；進而發掘基金會發展的特色與面臨的議題，並深入分析宗教型非營利組織公益慈善及社會教化的所蘊含的意涵及功能。 近年來台灣經濟不景氣，社會資源減少，公益市場日漸的緊縮與競爭，然而大型的宗教基金會當社會經濟不景氣時，為了維持龐大的基本開銷，更深入爭奪地方宗教型基金會原有的資源，造成資源更加的集中、分配不均等問題，已嚴重威脅存在於地方上的宗教型基金會未來的發展。因此，要如何建構組織的運作機制與規範，才能發揮出公益慈善及社會教化的功能，是值得深入研究的，冀望透過這次的研究，對於台南縣的宗教型非營利組織能夠提出較具永久性的作法與建議，創造出具有責信度的經營模式，使組織能夠永續經營。
Reacting to the social these years in Taiwan, Religious NPOs have put lots efforts in social service. They deal with various demands which is ignored in social welfare. The wide-expanded movements among Religious NPOs , their organization social, abilities of activities and mobilization, enthusiasm put in public affairs, and dense net of community interaction, all are considered as a important strength of the Third Development in our country, which can't absolutely be ignored. This essay has researched non-profit-making religious foundations in Tainan county by the way of substantial investigation, analyzing documents, penetrative interviews. Comparing and analyzing individual case, This essay has studied its origins, development, purposes, missions, service scope, objects, what service they offer, operation and current status. Furthermore, This essay has explored the features developed by foundations, the issues to be resolved. It also has penetrated the foundation’s function and its implication in philanthropic and social educational. Due to recession in recent years, social wealth is reducing, philanthropic activities has been shrunk and become more competitive. However, to afford their high operation cost, large-scale religious foundations turn to scramble for the resources which used to be utilized by local religion foundations. It has caused disequilibrium and other issues, which have threatened the existences and developments of local religion foundations. Therefore, it's worth further studying in regards of establishing operations and regulations of Religious NPOs , which can activate their functions of philanthropic and social educational. With a high expectation, this research will propose Religious NPOs in Tainan county a practical management, which will maintain their operations in long term basis, and establish accountabilities as well. |
