    摘要:   近十年來,台灣地區文學博物館有逐漸增加的趨勢,除了以文學作家為主題的紀念館,亦出現了具台灣文學主體性意圖的文學館。其實早在一九七八年,「國際博物館協會」(ICOM)已將「國際文學博物館委員會」(ICLM)列為其國際委員會之一,但由於國內以博物館學角度,從事文學博物館相關研究的文獻十分稀少,故社會大眾對於其存在感到陌生。基於此理由,本研究目的主在探討台灣地區文學博物館成立因素,經營管理現況,以及其對台灣文學與文化的呈現。   本文以博物館經營管理理論為基礎研究架構,探討台灣地區文學博物館永續經營的可行性,著重實務現象的探討分析。根據撰寫內容與論述方向,各章節主題分述如下:   第一章為緒論,闡明研究動機、目的、範圍、限制與方法,並說明章節架構之安排。第二章文獻探討,參酌台灣文學相關議題的發展,彙整國內文學博物館設立文化政策,以及博物館學經營管理專論,由不同面向的基礎理論,觀照台灣地區文學博物館的興起與經營管理。第三章設立背景與定位,透過台灣文學論述與文化政策既有文獻,以及田野深度訪談,掌握文學博物館成立的歷史背景、發展過程和定位,分析其設立現象。第四章由各文學博物館之行政組織架構、館舍與空間設計、功能現況與行銷傳播層面切入,剖析其經營管理現況,並探討實際經營與預設定位間的落差程度。   最後結論與建議,歸納研究過程中發現的現象與問題,並提出相關建議,以供未來台灣地區文學博物館經營管理與規劃發展之參考。
      During the past ten years, literary museums in Taiwan have been increasing gradually. Not only literary composers' museums, but also literary historical museums which refer to subjective intention of Taiwanese literature arise. Actually, since 1978 AD. "The International Council of Museums" (ICOM) had put "The International Committee for Literary Museums” (ICLM) as one of its international committees. However, many people in Taiwan are unfamiliar with the existence of the literary museums for very few studies related to literary museums were written in the angle of museology.    For this reason, purposes in the thesis are to probe into establishment and management of literary museums in Taiwan, and to discuss how literary museums relate to Taiwanese literature and culture correspondingly.   The text takes theory of museum management as basic framework. Written from the perspective of managing continuously forever, it places emphasis upon practical evidences of literary museums in Taiwan. According to contents and aspects, topics are stated as follow:   Chapter I is the preface, which explains the motives, purposes, backgrounds, fields, limits and methods of research, illustrating the framework of thesis. Chapter II is the study of documents, referring to development of topics about Taiwanese literature, and representing cultural policies which associated to literary museums and monographs which related to museum management. Consideration to the rising and the expansion of literary museums with plural views, it approaches the basic theories of literary museum management. Chapter III locates background and position. Through primitive documents about literature history, cultural policies and spot investigations in depth, it directs historical background, evolution and position to the establishment of literary museums. And it also analyzes phenomenon of the establishment. Chapter IV, focusing on the fields of framework of administrative organizations, design of houses and spaces, present conditions of functions, and distribution of marketing, it assays current operational situations from every literary museum. Besides, it discusses the difference in level between practical management and advance projection.   Finally, the conclusion sums up with the problems and the phenomenon found in the process of the research. Also, it provides the relevant tactical suggestion as reference to managing and planning of literary museums in Taiwan in the future.
