    Abstract:   本研究旨在探討國際觀光旅館廚務人員之角色壓力、工作滿足、組織承諾與離職傾向間之影響關係發現。本研究針對國際觀光旅館廚務人員進行問卷調查, 共得三百三十四份有效樣本。本研究主要結果為:1.角色壓力分別對工作滿足,組織承諾及離職傾向有顯著影響。2.工作滿足對組織承諾有正向顯著影響。3.工作滿足對離職傾向有負向顯著影響。4.組織承諾對離職傾向有負向顯著影響。研究成果可供後續國際觀光旅館廚務人員的研究發展提供相關資訊及管理參考。
      This research aims to to investigate the relationships between role stress, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention for the kitchen staffs in the international tourist hotels. Via questionnaire survey, a total of 334 useful sample was obtained and analyzed. The main findings of this research include: 1. Role stress has significant influences on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention. 2. Job satisfaction has a significantly positive influence on organizational commitment.3. Job satisfaction has a significantly negative influence on turnover intention.4. Organizational commitment has a significantly negative influence on turnover intention.The result of this research is expected to offer more insights and references for further studies on the kitchen staff in the international tourist hotels.
