隨著資訊科技與網際網路之蓬勃發展,資訊系統的應用,對組織效益有著非常正面的助益。台灣電力公司嘉義區營業處人事差假管理系統正式上線,實施至今已半年之久,在總管理處的推動下,為改善傳統作業的效能,加快人事系統線上作業的資訊化,來提昇使用者對該系統使用之效能。 本研究參考過去文獻,以資訊系統成功模式為主,相關理論為輔,並參考人事差假管理系統之特色,建構出本研究架構;問卷內容並經專家的評估與建議設計而成,以人事差假管理系統為實證系統,希望藉著探討該系統之實施,針對台電嘉義區營業處員工實際使用之情形,分析其滿意度以做為資訊系統未來改善之建議。 研究結果顯示,經統計軟體進行資料分析,在資訊品質、系統品質、服務品質、使用情形、使用者滿意度以及淨效益等六個構面都具有顯著相關,表示員工對於該資訊系統接受度是滿意的。最後針對同意程度較低之題項做改善,將有助於提昇該系統之成效,同時可提供未來新系統推動之參考。 With the flourishing development of information technology and internet network. The Personnel Management System of Tawan Power Company Chia-Yi branch district opens that implementation has been already half a year long so far. Under the push of the general management office to improve the efficiency of the traditional operation system and to accelerate the informationization of the on-line operation of personnel system which improve user's efficiency to this system operation. This research is consulted over documents that take successful way of information system as the core and relevant theories, inorder to complement.Characteristic of consulting Personnel Management System builds and constructs out this research structure; Content of the questionnaire and designing by the expert's assessment and suggestion that regard Personnel Management System as the real example system. Hope to make use of implementation to probe into this system, the situation used actually to taiwan power company employees to analyse its suggestion in order to be improved in the future as the informationsystem of satisfaction. The result of study show that is counted the software that carries on analysis. It’s six patterns related to information quality、system quality、service quality、use situation、user satisfaction and net benefits, etc.That shows the employees are satisfied with acceptance degree of this information system. Finally, the lower agree to the degree in accordance with an item is improved. It will contribute to promoting the effect of this system and offer the reference that new systems promotes of future at the same time.
