    摘要:   本研究旨在瞭解國小高年級學生之人際智能、學習態度與學校生活適應之關聯性。本研究以台中巿、台中縣、彰化縣和南投縣等中部四縣巿八所國民小學的高年級學生共510位為研究樣本,研究發現國小學生人際智能、學習態度和學校生活適應之間具顯著正相關;人際智能對學習態度與學校生活適應之間具干擾作用;學業成就對學習動機與學校生活適應之間具干擾作用。研究結果顯示良好的學習態度可以提升人際智能較低學童在學校生活適應中之學習適應及常規適應;而良好的學習動機可以提升學業成就較低學童在學校生活適應中之學習適應及常規適應和。最後本研究並對教育單位、學生家長及未來研究者提供相關之建議。
      The main purpose of this study was to explore demographic variables(gender, grade, family structure, academic grade, educational level of father and mother), interpersonal intelligence, learning attitude, and school life adjustment of students in elementary school. The participants in this study included 510 fifth-grade and sixth-grade students in Taichung City, Taichung County, Changhua County and Nantou County.    The major findings of the study were as follows:There was significant relevance among the factors of interpersonal intelligence and the factors of school life adjustment.There was significant relevance among the factors of learning attitude and the factors of school life adjustment.The students’s transactional ways, cooperative learning, motivations to learning, support of environment can effectively predict the school life adjustment.According to the above conclusions, some suggestions to parents, school educational workers, government, and future research are provided.
