    Abstract:   配合教育改革中多元學習及本位教學理念之推廣,許多國小學校中均設置有天文設施,此設施的設置無非是希望能藉由天文教育之推廣,鼓勵學生探索科學之動機,並協助達成全人教育之理想。這本來對於天文教育有相當的助益,但透過本研究之調查發現,目前大部份學校之天文設施使用率偏低,甚至部份閒置未用,這些昂貴的天文設施設備,可說是社區或都市中珍貴的資產,特別是在學校與社區關係日漸緊密的今日,更應促其充分發揮效能。本研究從學校設施資源提供社區共享的概念出發,探究天文設施經營共享之可能性,希望藉此能提升設施效能、並增進學校與社區間之合作關係,創造學校與社區互利互惠之利基。   本研究透過深度訪談、現況評估與問卷施作等方法,並依據學校規模、師資條件、配合意願、設施使用情形等條件,選擇中縣的美群、草湖、潭陽,彰化市的南郭,台北市的南湖等五所國民小學為研究對象,就目前國小天文設施之經營與使用現況進行評估調查,並深入探究學校及社區之相關經營者、管理者與使用者之想法、需求意願、以及顧慮或困難處,進而透過綜合分析評估瞭解其中關鍵因素,並提出相關規劃與營運建議,以供教育主管單位、學校與社區於規劃及經營相關設施時之參考。具體而言,本研究的執行對於天文科學之推廣、學校經營與教學、社區與學校的合作互動,以及學校建築之規劃設計均能所助益,非常具有發展價值。綜合而言,本文目的如下:1.調查與彙整目前全國之國民小學設置天文設施的內容、規模與實際狀況等基礎資料,以供各界參考。2.深入瞭解目前國民小學中設置之天文設施的實際使用狀況與相關問題與需求。3.研究與彙整實際教學與營運經驗,提供作為研究、教學發展與設施經營時之參考。4.探索藉由民間專業力量協助學校發展基礎天文科學教育之可能性。5.深入瞭解學校開放設施之顧慮以及社區使用之意願與方向。6.探索學校、社區,以及業餘專業及愛好者分享合作之條件與可行性。7.建立學校、社區與民間專業者合作、分享之可能模式。
      To adapt to the propagation of multi-style learning and school-based curriculum in the development of education, many elementary schools now have astronomic facility in their schools. The proposal for such installations was based on the vision of encouraging students to explore scientific concepts through the understanding of astronomical education and consequently achieving the goal of giving the students an adequate education. This approach intent to enhance astronomical educations. However, through my research, I have come to find that most school's astronomical equipments have been rarely used and some have been even abandoned. These expensive instruments can be seen as valuable treasures for the neighborhood especially while the relationships between schools and communities have been strengthened in these days. It is necessary to use instruments more effectively in the community.    My research, derived from the thought of sharing the school's resources and equipments with the community, to investigate the possibility for shared responsibility of managing these astronomical instruments in order to raise the efficiency of the use of these instruments, to strengthen the cooperate relationship between the schools and the communities and hence to create a beneficial relationship for both sides.   My research will be established on enquiries, interviews, surveys, current event moderations P.O.E that consider the size of the school, staff's teaching resources, will of cooperation and the usage of instruments etc. Into account. It investigates the Mei-Chin,Cao-Hu,Tan-Yang elementary schools in the center Taichung district ,Chunghua's Nan-Guo and Taipei's Nan-Hu as research objects in order to under stance the management and usage of the equipments in these schools and explore in depth the thoughts, needs or difficulties of managers and user of the schools and their neighboring community.Along with the compound analysis, this research results into a few key aspects, corresponding plans and managing suggestions that can be provided to the government, schools and communities as a future guideline for relative installations. Over all, my research's procession will be beneficial to the wide spread of astronomic science, school management, the cooperate works and bonding relationship for the school and community and the planning of school's structures with exceptional expandable values. The essay's purposes are as follows:1.Gather, investigate and compile the properties, size, current states and other basic information of the nation's current elementary schools for reference to the public.2.Understand in depth the current state of use and associating problems of elementary school's astronomic installations. 3.Research and compile practical tuition with managing experience for reference on research, tutor and installation management. 4.Explore the possibility for unofficial professionals to assist the school's basic astronomical education.5.Understand in depth the worries for schools to open their facility and the need of usage and direction of communities. 6.Explore the potential of sharing and cooperation between schools, communities and clubs or amateur hobbyists7.Build the possible patterns of cooperative sharing between schools, community and unofficial professionals
