    Abstract:   本研究旨在了解安寧志工生命意義感的建構方式與過程,以質性研究方法,採立意取樣,選取一名固定在安寧病房服務已四年的安寧志工為研究對象。本研究引用張利中(2004)提出的「生命意義感的階層分析」架構,並以心理歷程的觀點進行探究與分析,透過非結構的深度訪談,引導安寧志工做生命歷程之回顧,再以內容分析法進行文本資料分析,企圖從其生活經驗與生活世界,了解研究對象的生命意義感、生活目標與世界觀。所獲得的結論如下: 一、 經由陪病、喪親與加入安寧志工讓其世界觀逐漸開廣。二、 安寧志工的助人經驗讓其個人的核心關切得以展現。三、 擔任安寧志工「創造」其眼前的生命意義感。     另外,引用「生命意義感的階層分析」架構進行分析後,研究發現如下: 一、 世界觀會隨著生命經驗及所處的世界不同而有所拓展。二、 各階段生命歷程都有不同的生活目標,然而諸多的目標,實際上皆指向個人的核心關切。三、 世界觀會影響生活目標的設定,進而影響其個人的核心關切。四、 生命意義感的尋獲是個人的核心關切達成後的結果。
      The research is mainly to understand the construction and process of life meaningfulness of a hospice volunteer. With the way of qualitative research and purpose sample, we selected one who has been working in hospice for four years as the research object. Based on "A hierarchical analyses of life meaningfulness" which proposed by Chang Li Jung(2004), the research also analyzes with the viewpoint of psychology. Through a non constructed in-depth interview, we guide hospice volunteer to recall her life process and analyze it by content analysis. The research tries to realize the life meaningfulness, life goal and world view from her life experience and the existence. The conclusion is as followed:1. After serving the patient, bereavement and be a hospice volunteer , they can broaden their world view.2. The valuable helping experience of hospice volunteer could develop their personal primary concern.3. Be a hospice volunteer to create life meaningfulness.   Furthermore, according to "A hierarchical analyses of life meaningfulness", the research found:1. With the life experience and the world we are, the world view could be broadened.2. Each life process has its own life goal; however, they are all pointed into personal primary concern.3. The world view influences the direction of the life goal and even the personal primary concern.4. Life meaningfulness acquired is the fruit of achieving personal primary concern.
