    Abstract:   本研究主要目的是以國軍人員旅遊市場為基,瞭解其屬性、旅遊特性及對旅遊網站之滿意度及服務價值認知。    本研究以嘉義空軍基地之軍人為例,進行問卷調查,共得有效問卷399份。研究結果發現曾利用旅遊網站參與旅遊活動高達88%,參與現況方面,則以旅遊天數2至3天、旅遊地點以「國內南部」為最多。旅遊網站功能滿意度方面,以提供「旅遊產品交易」、「旅遊資訊服務」、「連結其他旅遊網站」等3項為較滿意;「使用操作說明」、「線上購買旅遊產品」為最不滿意項目,因此旅遊網站在經營策略上應繼續保持資訊豐富性及普及性,並持續加強操作介面簡易化及各項產品處理與服務,以滿足消費者的實際需求,本研究結果可供業者加強網站內容之參考依據。
      This main purpose of research is to regard personnel's tourist market of country's army as the base and find out about its attribute, travel characteristic and satisfaction to travel websites and service value cognition. This research takes soldier of the air base of Chiayi as an example, carry on questionnaire investigation, 399 questionnaires effectively altogether. The result of study finds that has utilized travel websites and participated in the tourist activity and up to 88%, participating in the present situation, 2 to 3 days with travel days, the travel place is regarded ' domestic south ' as most of. Website's function satisfaction respect of the travel, in order to offering ' travelling products trade ', ' travel information service ', ' link it travel website not other ',etc. 3 items for being getting more satisfied relatively; ' is it is it prove to operate to use ', ' on-line to buy the travelling products ' in order to be most unsatisfied with the project, So travel websites should continue keeping information enriching and popularization on the management tactics, and strengthen and operate interface simple and easy melting and every products dealing with and service continuously, in order to satisfy consumers' actual demand. this supporting industry person of result of study strengthens the reference basis of website's content.
