The first chapter is an introduction discussing the motive and the aim of my essay, the research of past studies, the method and limit of study, and the structure of this essay. Next chapter, I focus on the intention of British colonial strategy and the meaningful affairs occurring from the British colonialism in the middle-east. The third chapter emphasizes development and changing of the Zionism after the first world war, and in the mean time, the similar enlightenment of nationalism in the Arabic society in the middle-east dawning under the interference from the big powers controlling the world after the Paris Peace Conference. The forth chapter is based on the masterpiece which analyze the origin of the nationalism, Imaged Community, to examine both the Arabic nationalism movement and the Zionism development during the British mandate. My conclusion is enforced in the narration and observation on this topic. According to the discuss of Said in his prominent book, Orientalism, the experience under the British mandate, in fact, is a historical burden arousing the feeling of self-identification whether in Arabic or in Jew community, and caused each group both hoped to build his own country escaping the control of foreign powers. Yet, not only Jew but Arabian want to practice their independence by using the modern tech and ideology, and ignored the independence through this premature method will conduct anther form of control, persistently. My purpose is to demonstrate the timing at which the Middle East might have the opportunity to run away with the declining Ottoman Empire's control, but actually the big powers, like France and England took over this region splitting the Arabic society and planted the seed of founding Israel in Palestine triggering the Arabic-Jewish conflict until today.
