摘要: | 本研究旨在探討嘉義縣教保服務人員對學前巡迴輔導滿意度之研究。研究方法採問卷調查法,以服務於嘉義縣公私立幼兒園且班上有一位以上身心障礙學生之教保服務人員為研究對象。主要研究工具是研究者自編「嘉義縣教保服務人員對學前巡迴輔導滿意度之調查問卷」。所得資料採用描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、薛費法及皮爾遜積差相關等統計方法分析資料。本研究的結果如下:一、嘉義縣教保服務人員對班上身心障礙幼兒巡迴輔導服務獲得之情形在整體及各向度上均達八成以上。各向度獲得情形由高至低排序分別為「直接教學服務」、「諮詢服務的提供」、「專業知能的提供」、「親職教育的推動」及「行政的協助」。二、嘉義縣教保服務人員對於學前巡迴輔導服務的滿意度屬於「滿意」程度,滿意程度依序為「直接教學服務」、「諮詢服務的提供」、「專業知能的提供」、「行政的協助」、與「親職教育的推動」。三、不同年齡、任教年資、任教資格、任教經驗及教育程度之嘉義縣教保服務人員對於學前巡迴輔導服務滿意度並無顯著差異。四、不同任教幼兒園及特教背景之嘉義縣教保服務人員對於學前巡迴輔導服務滿意度有顯著差異。五、嘉義縣教保服務人員對於巡迴輔導服務滿意度與服務獲得情形有顯著中度正相關。 根據研究結果,本研究提出相關建議,作為教育行政單位、教育人員及未來研究之參考。 This study was intended to investigate the preschool educators’ satisfaction in preschool itinerant services in Chiayi County. A questionnaire survey was adopted and the participants were the preschool educators who have more than one student with disabilities in a class either in public or private preschools. The researcher designed the questionnaire and used it as the research tool. Descriptive statistics, independent-sample t test, one-way analysis of variance, Scheffé method and Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient were employed for data analysis. The results of the study are as follows.1. Based on the obtainment of itinerant services for children with disabilities, the preschool educators’ overall evaluation reached above 80 percent as well as each dimension. Each dimension ranging from high to low were direct teaching service, counseling service, professional knowledge provision, parental education promotion, and administrative support.2. Based on the satisfaction level for the preschool educators’ satisfaction in preschool itinerant services in Chiayi County, it was marked as satisfied. Their satisfaction level towards each dimension was in a sequence of direct teaching service, counseling service, professional knowledge provision, administrative support and parental education promotion.3. No significant differences were found in the preschool educators’ satisfaction in preschool itinerant services in Chiayi County by different ages, years of service, qualification of service, experiences of service, and educational background.4. Significant differences were found in the preschool educators’ satisfaction in preschool itinerant services in Chiayi County by different service units and special education background. 5. There was significantly moderate-positive correlation between the preschool educators’ satisfaction in preschool itinerant services and the obtainment of itinerant services. According to the results of the study, some suggestions were provided for educational administration, educators and future research. |
