    摘要: 　　研究目的：近年來對華人家族排列探討相關國內文獻共6篇（期刊1筆，論文5筆），其內容著重探討治療效果與後續效應，而對於治療過程進行之主要方式多半交代用「和解」來處理之原則，但對於到底什麼是「和解」，尚欠深度探討；因此本研究主要探究排列過程中影響當事人最深刻經驗（靈魂轉化為靈性），並歸納其主要內容（靈魂議題／處理動機／改善程度之低-中高），希望藉此在未來能更準確地診斷／介入／追蹤，幫助當事人有效的解決問題。研究方法：選擇參與過何長珠舉辦華人家族排工作坊之學員（93年至103年）為研究對象，採主題分析研究法，透過改善記錄單、家排過程觀察記錄表與志願當事人之半結構式訪談，進行資料蒐集與分析。研究結果：和解內涵是藉由當事人在家排過程中的靈魂感應方式、覺察自己的問題並負起自我責任。藉由實踐和解條件改善自我狀態，並轉換當事人的價值觀，換言之藉由華人家排之內在經歷、轉化當事人自我意識中之價值觀，是一個漫長（最少兩、三年）但卻充滿意義感、由無明我執（靈魂感受）走向常在覺察與懺悔（靈性成長）之生命旅程
    　　Purpose of the study ： Few articles addressed the content & context of the reconcile issue. Therefore, this study intends to explore the immediate and the follow-up effects of Chinese Family Constellation（CFC） as well as the most significant event of the reconcile experience in order to further construct the frame of Chinese reconcile approach for future application.　　Methods ： This study adopts the content analysis approach, by retrieved the self-evaluated improvement record of past participants〈2004-2014）, 92 documents were collected and analyzed; besides, 5 volunteer participants were also interviewed to collect more detail information of this study.　　Results ： The contents of the reconcile includes three components. Most important is, the moment to moment touch of the feeling of the soul; which in turns arouse the feeling of regret／shame／sincere sense of admit self responsibility; and finally the practical actions of promise such as setting up the shrine for the deceived death、recited the Sutra of the Great Vows of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva to the soul question。Since the whole process of reconciliation is a journey from consciousness transfer to unconsciousness; the complete reconcile process will take much longer time is recommende.
