摘要: | 本研究旨在瞭解臺南市國中輔導教師的生命意義感與輔導專業承諾之現況,採用問卷調查研究法,以臺南市64所公立國中輔導教師為對象,採普查方式,本研究中的生命意義感是以何長珠與曾瀞慧(2014)編製之「全人生命意義量表」以及輔導專業承諾是以劉福鎔與林清文 ( 2007 ) 編製之「高中職輔導教師專業承諾量表」為研究工具,發出問卷230份,無效問卷58份,有效問卷共172份,回收率84%。蒐集所得背景資料以SPSS for 12.0套裝軟體進行描述性統計,t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關及多元迴歸方式等統計方法分析與處理資料,結果如下:一、不同背景變項之臺南市國中輔導教師其生命意義感有部分差異。(一)不同年齡、學歷及專業進修之臺南市國中輔導教師在生命意義感上有顯著差異。(二)不同性別、職稱、任教科目、學校規模、學校種類及輔導年資之臺南市國中輔導教師在生命意義感上無顯著差異。二、不同背景變項之臺南市國中輔導教師其輔導專業承諾有部分差異。(一)不同學歷、不同職稱、學校類別、專業背景及專業進修之臺南市國中輔導教師在輔導專業承諾上有顯著差異。(二)不同性別、任教科目、年齡、輔導年資及學校規模之臺南市國中輔導教師在輔導專業承諾上無顯著差異。三、臺南市國中輔導教師之生命意義感與輔導專業承諾呈顯著相關。四、臺南市國中輔導教師之生命意義感與輔導專業承諾具有顯著預測力。 依本研究之發現與結論,提供教育行政主管機關、師資培育機構、國民中學輔導教師及未來研究之參考。 The purposes of this research were to explore the sense of meaningful life and the level of professional commitment among junior high school counselors in Tainan. The two questionnaires of Holistic Meaning of Life Scale and Professional Commitment Scale were conducted on junior high school counselors in Tainan. A total of 172 junior high school counselors from Tainan were invited to complete the two questionnaires in this study. With a census technique, 230 questionnaires were sent out and the return rate reached 84%. The collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, T-Test, One-Way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient, multiple regression analysis, the following conclusion are secured.1. Demographic variations in the sense of meaningful life were evident among junior high school counselors in Tainan.(A) A significant difference was found in the sense of meaningful life among those junior high school counselors in Tainan of different age, education level and continued education.(B) No significant difference was found in the sense of meaningful life among those junior high school counselors in Tainan of different, gender, job title, teaching subject, school size, school category and counselors’ years of work.2. Demographic variations in the level of professional commitment were evident among junior high school counselors in Tainan.(A) A significant difference was found in the level of professional commitment among those junior high school counselors in Tainan of education level, job title, school category, college majors and continued education.(B) No significant difference was found in the level of professional commitment among those junior high school counselors in Tainan of different gender, teaching subject, age, counselors’ years of work and school size.3. A significant correlation was found in junior high school counselors in Tainan between the sense of meaningful life and the level of professional commitment.4. High predictability of the sense of meaningful life and the level of professional commitment in junior high school counselors in Tainan was found. In the end, implications of the results and suggestions for educational administrators, junior high school counselors, training institutions and future studies were also presented. |
