    摘要:   正念療法(Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapy)包含正念減壓(Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, MBSR)與正念認知治療(Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, MBCT)。國內外已有許多例證與研究證實正念療法對身心疾病適應與心理健康的成效,但是對於正念療法學習者在靈性上的成長較少有論述。研究者因著自身學習正念療法所帶來的靈性成長與感動,故而想探究正念療法學習者在靈性上的成長與提升。  本研究採用質性研究中的深度訪談蒐集五位曾經參與「正念療法與助人專業六日密集工作坊」課程,且持續運用正念於生活中一年以上之學員,在個人與自己、個人與他人、個人與自然環境,以及個人與天地神祇等四大層面的靈性成長經驗,著手文本資料的整理、歸納、分析與書寫。  研究結果發現正念實踐確實能幫助學習者在靈性四大層面有以下的成長:一、個人與自己層面:自我覺察與活在當下、自我肯定接納與慈心、情緒自主與身心健康、疾病死亡與生命意義。二、個人與他人層面:人際與職場關係、伴侶與家庭關係、對他人慈悲心。三、個人與自然環境層面:與樹、物、生物的交往、與大自然及生態環境的關係。四、個人與天地神祇層面:終極關懷、宇宙力量或超越現實的體悟(與萬物或宇宙的同一感)、與信仰或神祇的關係。  最後,研究者依據研究結果,針對未來相關研究提出建議,並期許本研究能幫助後續的研究者及各界能更加重視正念療法學習者在靈性上的成長與提升。
      Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapy contains Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). Many instances and studies have confirmed the effectiveness of mindfulness therapy on mental illness and mental health, but less studies were discussed about spiritual growth of the mindfulness-based psychotherapy learners. Because of the spiritual growth and inspiration the mindfulness therapy brought to her own, the researcher therefore wanted to explore the spiritual growth of the mindfulness-based psychotherapy learners.  This study in-depth interviewed five participants who had been involved in “Six days intensive workshop on Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapy and helping profession” courses, and who were keeping on practicing mindfulness in life more than a year. The results showed spiritual growth experiences in four levels: personal well-being, communal well-being, environmental well-being and transcendental well-being.  Finally, according to the research results, the researcher made recommendations for future research, and hoped this study will help researchers and the community followed-up to be more emphasis on spiritual growth and improvement of the Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapy learners.
