本研究旨在探討中齡者參與志願服務動機、歷程以及影響中齡者規劃志工生涯發展之相關因素。本研究採質化研究進行探索,透過深度訪談四位中齡志工蒐集資料,經資料整理歸納與分析,所得結果:(1)中齡者參與志願服務動機多面向,以「自我取向」顯著。(2)中齡者參與志願服務之收穫與感受為正向回饋,機構的志工制度則部分負向感受。(3)影響中齡者規劃志工生涯發展的因素是多重組合。 最後,本研究針對上述研究結果提出若干建議,供民眾對志工生涯規劃以及相關機構參考。 The purpose of the present study was to realize the motivation of the middle-aged volunteer workers to participate in their volunteer works. The second goal was to understand what the volunteer workers have gotten and how they have felt in the process of their participation. The final aim was to determine the related factors influencing the planning of their volunteer lives. The research was designed by interviewing four middle-aged volunteer workers committing themselves in different types of organizations to make a qualitative analysis. Based on the data obtained from the interviews, results indicated that: (1) The motivation for the middle-aged volunteers to participate in their volunteer works was multifaceted; however, most of it was “self-oriented.” (2) The participating in the volunteer works of the middle-aged volunteerscould generate lots of positive feedback as they worked; however, the volunteer system in the organizations could cause them some negative feelings. (3) The factors affecting the middle-aged volunteer workers to plan their volunteer lives were compound. According to the findings above, we will offer several suggestions for the civilians and related organizations to take a reference.
