本研究的目的欲探討學習動機、學習態度、學習滿意度與學習成效之間的關係。本研究以某人體彩繪工會之會員為研究對象,並採用非隨機的便利抽樣法的方式進行問卷調查,共發出270份,回收260份,扣除無效問卷8份,有效問卷為252份,有效問卷回收率93.3%。 本研究所得結論如下:(1)不同性別會員的學習動機、學習態度、學習滿意度與學習成效有顯著差異;(2)學習動機分別對學習態度、學習滿意度與學習成效具有正向影響;(3)學習態度對學習滿意度與學習成效具有正向影響;(4)學習滿意度對學習成效具有正向影響;(5)學習態度在學習動機與學習滿意度間具有中介效果;(6)學習態度在學習動機與學習成效間具有中介效果;(7)學習滿意度在學習動機與學習成效間具有中介效果;(8)學習滿意度在學習態度與學習成效間具有中介效果。 The purpose of this study is to explore the relationships among learning motivation, learning attitude, learning satisfaction and learning performance. In this study, data of members of a body-painting labor union are collected by way of non-random sampling method to facilitate questionnaires. 260 out of 270 questionnaires are received, in which 8 questionnaires are invalid such that 252 questionnaires are valid, and the effective response rate is 93.3%. The resulting conclusions of this study are listed as follows: (1) Different gender results in significant differences on learning motivation, learning attitude, learning satisfaction and learning performance respectively; (2) Learning motivation has a significantly positive impact on learning attitude, learning satisfaction and learning performance respectively; (3) Learning attitude has a significantly positive impact on learning satisfaction and learning performance respectively; (4) Learning satisfaction has a significantly positive impact on learning performance; (5) Learning attitude has a significant mediation effect on the relationships between learning motivation and learning satisfaction; (6) Learning attitude has a significant mediation effect on the relationships between learning motivation and learning performance; (7) Learning satisfaction has a significant mediation effect on the relationships between learning motivation and learning performance; (8) Learning satisfaction has a significant mediation effect on the relationships between learning attitude and learning performance.
