    Abstract: 本研究主要探討以實務生產排程規劃所面臨的情況,針對多訂單、多交貨期、多產品類型之平行機生產排程規劃,並將工廠製造成本、機器設定成本、工廠存貨持有成本、工廠缺貨懲罰成本,以及環境控制汙染成本等因素加入生產排程中進行考量,以整體生產排程總成本最小化為其目標,建構出一整數非線性規劃 INLP (Integer Nonlinear Programming) 數學模型。再者本研究運用Lingo 9.0 extended version 語法進行模式構建,並發展出累進回溯式階段排程法ABSSA (Accumulation & Backtrack staged scheduling approach),對本研究所建構的模式進行求解,並採用Lingo 9.0軟體內建之Global Solver 進行其全域最佳解之搜尋,並舉數值範例對求解過程進行分析與說明。綜言之,本研究所提的數學模式與 ABSSA 法,因採用套裝軟體進行構建與求解,所以具有高度的重現特性,因此在實務操作上,具有其重複應用之價值,並適合在目前多樣化的生產排程方式,進行即時的生產排程規劃。本研究對平行機生產排程規劃而言,著實提供有價值的決策工具。
