位於偏遠地區之居民由於交通不便,使得偏遠地區的居民不易獲取新的資訊與知識,造成偏遠地區之發展受到阻礙,因此知識如何有效地擴散對偏遠地區而言相當重要。故本研究以個案研究法針對太和社區的知識擴散現象進行探究,本研究結果發現影響該地區知識擴散會因為外部支援及領導者的涉入程度,使專案實施受到影響;而地區居民會因共同目標或願景、產業特性及工作時程、知識內容及參與動機、課程規劃涉入程度以及居民們之間的凝聚力等因素,而使其參與度受到影響,進而影響該地區之知識擴散;同時地區居民不同的教育程度及年齡,會影響其學習能力,進而影響該地區的知識擴散。 It is not easy for people in remote areas to get knowledge and information. The main reason is that they live in remoter areas and transportation is inconvenient. The development in remote areas is obstructed; therefore, knowledge diffusion in remote areas is relatively important. This study uses a case study method to explore the knowledge diffusion in Taiho Community. The results have shown that the knowledge diffusion in this community is affected by the outer support and the involvement of leaders, and then the implement of project is affected. Residents’ participations and the knowledge diffusion in this community are affected by residents’ common goals or perspectives, industry characteristics and working schedules, knowledge and participation motives, the involvement of curriculum planning, and cohesion among residents. Learning abilities are also affected by levels of education and age, and then the knowledge diffusion in this community is affected.
